I suffered a bad tear in my right rotator cuff in June while playing golf and was in a lot of pain, couldn't lift my arm to shoulder height much less do anything with it, I thought my season was over. My Doctor sent me to physio therapy to help me heal - I chose Bounce Back Physio & Rehab and am so very glad I did. Over the past few weeks all pain is gone, my range of motion is great, I am now back on the course and walking with a carry bag playing 18 and feeling no ill effects. Their treatments worked really well, they explained my problem to me so I could understand what exactly was wrong and worked with me to help me heal, gave me exercises that helped me strengthen my shoulder and get back to normal. I would recommend Bounce Back Physio & Rehab to any friend who has injured themselves and wants to heal up and get back to normal. Besides...who doesn't want to play more golf?

Went in for hip flexor pain. I had a dozen sessions with no results. They would hook up the electro shock therapy and do some tissue release. Felt very rushed and one size fits all. After a while I got fed up and did my own research. A movement based approach I found online fixed my injury. I feel like they just hooked me up to a machine that has no evidence of working and took my money session after session. Beware of the machine. A good scheme to keep you coming back session after session with no results.

I went to chiropractors, osteopaths and other physio therapist with my low back pain problem. He was the first person to give me a correct diagnosis. Turns out I have scoliosis. He was bang on and prescribed proper remedies to specifically fix the problem, unlike these other people who just feed you lies or just cant figure things out. Go here if you want a proper diagnosis for your problem and the proper help, don't waste your time and money like I did on other charlatans.

I love Bounce Back Physio I have been coming since June . I picked Bounce Back Physio because I wanted hands on help for my MCL injury from work. I have done physio many times in my past for my disc issues in back and knee surgery and yes it helped but I never stuck with it all the way like I have here at Bounce Back Physio .All of the staff have helped give me back my life. I recommend coming here to help get back freedom from chronic fatigue and pain. I have days yes that the pain is great I fight thru it with physio, ice and heat with stretches and exercises ultrasound laser . The work injuries I sustained are covered under WSIB which Bounce Back Physio takes WSIB and other Benefits Plans you may have from work. They are flexible with work schedules and time frames. Honestly I know that physio will always be in my life just to help me manage the pain and fatigue that comes from one of the other big issues in my life which is the fibromyalgia.

7 weeks ago I had double, total, knee, replacements. At week 4, I no longer used a walker. At week 5 & 1/2, I no longer require a cane! All because of the committed, professional, caring, expertise of my therapist, Rohit and his lovely, caring wife, Prerna. Both have extensive, knowledge and training and much compassion. I have improved with each session and am very relieved I chose the very best for my rehabilitation. I was repeatedly warned by others that bilateral, knee, replacements were going to be a long, long recovery. In addition to running a clean, on time office with great care, they provide direct billing! Their hours are very user friendly with 24 hour reminders. I choose this place based on all the 5 star reviews but i'm not sold anymore that they are all current customers. I saw the Physiotherapist once and that was during the intake and afterwards was only seen by the assistance. Nice people but I felt like a 1 size fits all approach.
