Their Chiropractor, Dr McCrae is very accommodating and even accepts me walking in without an appointment. Their receptionist, Hilda, calls all the time to remind you of your appointment as well as sending email and does notify you for any cancellation so you can be booked earlier to an appointment.

I was going to another chiropractor for 6 months. I was getting no relief and got to the point where I was in the hospital and on bed rest for weeks. I went to Dr. Scott McRae and after the FIRST visit I felt immediate relief. I joke with him that he is a magician but really he is an amazing dr. He is knowledgable about acupuncture and I highly recommend him and the clinic. The staff is professional and always friendly.

Thanks to Dr. Scott McCrae. If you are looking for a Chiropractor this is the clinic to visit. Dr. McCrae is a caring doctor who listens to his patients and who provides quality care. I have also been a physiotherapy patient at this clinic in the past and had a great experience regarding physiotherapy. The front desk staff are friendly and try to meet your needs when possible. I have gone to this locations for three different treatments and have always had very very wonderful experience with the staff, except the receptionist. I kept going back to them because of the other staff, but the receptionist was never nice to me, not sure why. Making appointments is so challenging at times. She does not greet me and not friendly. At times I have to stand at the desk waiting on her to give me a glance so I can say why I am here. After my experience today it will be my last. I would give it 5 stars, but not my experience with the receptionist.

Bunch of unprofessional people working here. I booked my appt. for 9am and was there on time, and the entire staff comes in at their own time, front desk walking in at 9:15am, physiotherapist walking in at 9:20am. And 20mins of time is gone, me waiting in their reception area, assistant asks me to sit in and i am waiting to be served. After all this i had to walk out at 9:30am since people got other appt's too. They dont care for your time, when i tried talking to the front desk about my experience, she tells me that their assistant is new since she joined in april still she is new...thats why it happened. What a stupid place to go for time and money wastage.i wonder who is running this place. Really disappointed, if anybody value their time and money don't go here since you wont be entertained.

I’ve a patient since last year and am always so impressed with the friendly staff and services. They are always extremely flexible with my work schedule and provide me with great tips to maintain my physical health. After getting into a motor vehicle accident, they were also very quick to have me assessed and treated. Good pharmacy, nice and very friendly people in the dispensary. They tell clearly what is available and what is not and what to do to get the required medication. Even if some medication is not available, they will get the in the quickest time possible. Their fees are lower compared to the other pharmacies. They suggest the proper way to save the dollars. In a nutshell, they serve the customers over and beyond.
