Sandalwood Physio is what I would recommend to anyone out there suffering with back problems and or issues with their body. I am and have been suffering from severe back problems and when I say severe I don't mean sciatica which is a common problem, but much worst, I went through multiple problems from top to bottom (tail bone), I was also suggested by my Dr for a surgery but I never wanted a knife on my back and I am against such procedure (personal opinion). I do go through severe problems especially during seasonal changes but Sandalwood has and is my savior my therapist Piumika Fernando is just OUTSTANDING!!!!, she has been there with me at every step of my pain treatment taking every step to replace me back into one pc. I will always go to Sandalwood Physio no matter what as I do feel that I am taken care of and makes me feel that I am getting one on one personal attention.

This place is amazing the staff is super cool. After my surgery I’m was having a lot of pain in my forearm, wrist and thumb but now I’m feeling much better now after my physiotherapy sessions. The physiotherapist (Mamta) and the PTA (Manpreet) is super nice and they know exactly what they’re doing to help you. Not all the physiotherapy clinic’s take WSIB cases but they do take the WSIB cases and take care of you. Thank you guys????

The wait was very long and the dermatologist I saw want very helpful. He didn't examine my issues properly. How can you tell what's wrong from more than a foot away and without touching the problem areas. He was quick to write a prescription and didn't bother to figure out what was causing the problems. My last visit was my first visit for Prenatal Massage Therapy as they confirmed that they do have someone who can do it. The Therapist was (how to put it nicely) not very educated on how to deal with my condition. She made me lie on my back (on a flat table) for last 10 mins to do my legs, which was sooooo uncomfortable but I trusted my service provider so did not object. She asked me how was I feeling at the end and I did say am not ok and she said ok then I have to leave for the day (Maybe she misheard me). I was just happy that the session ended and I thought they shrinked my appt to 30 mins instead of 45 as she finished 3-4 mins early and left with her bag. When I came to front desk they charged me for 45 mins regardless and said the therapist had back to back appt and hence could not continue with my session after my time was over which was not true as I knew she had ended her shift and if they cared for their customers they could have given me some more time and informed me about the whole time situation beforehand or over phone while booking me in and not when I come for payments. Anyhow, never going there again so doesn't matter and writing this review as clearly they didn't care for my feedback at front desk either.

Today I attended my first Physio appointment and session. My Physiotherapist is Piumika Fernando, she made my first session very comfortable. I was hesitant about my first visit to treat my knee injury, her beside manners was superb and I will always book with her. Everything was explained to me clearly, my treatment was amazing, my knee felt so much better. When I got home I was completely relaxed. I cannot wait for my next visit.. I injured my back a while back decided to seek help from Sandalwood Physio. I've been going over a month now and the results are unbelievable. I've been working with Pumika Fernando for physio and Aries Santana for massage therapy. Their knowledge and hands on experience is top notch. I've noticed a huge difference with my lower back. I am able to do a lot more than I used to. It's not a 100% but I'm very satisfied from what it used to be. I will highly recommend Pumika Fernando and Aries Santana for both physio and massage.

Reception staff to the treatment providers are professional and excellent After checking out a couple of physio therapy and massage ( some rude and some inconsistent) places I tried out this one. The massage therapist was very professional and did a great job. I immediately booked physiotherapy next day. I must say Dr. Pumika and her Asst. Yash are delightful, considerate and have excellent knowledge. They treated my extreme carpel tunnel symptoms with most sophisticated resources available. Other places do not have the latest equipment but these people definitely have it all. I can recommend them to anyone- They are the best I have seen so far!!!

When I went here for my back pain I ended up seeing each of the three therapist over the course of 3-4 weeks and each time I felt welcomed and cared for. PTs Pritika, Sylvia, and Sneha all provided excellent treatments and exercises that helped me make a full recovery much quicker than I expected and with the walkin clinic in the same building I was able to go right from the doctors office to the physio centre the same day I came in for my back pain. Definitely recommended to anyone dealing with injuries and general pain.

I am seventy years old. Few weeks back I slipped on black ice on my driveway and sprained my hand and was in great pain with restricted movement in my hand. I tried to contact several chiropractors in Brampton and non of them were in a position to give me an appointment. Sandalwood P&W came to my rescue with an appointment the same day and Sylvia attended to my injury. Treatment on the first day itself relieved my pain and I had partial movability in my hand.
