Unfortunately I needed to have surgery on my right shoulder for a few years and I was finally able to have it in 2019. After I had my surgery I needed to find a publicly funded Physiotherapy clinic. I was so happy with the service from this clinic I haven't been able to move my shoulder this much in 5+ years. Words cant even begin to express how happy I am with the level of care I received I cant say thank you enough for all of your help. I cant recommend your clinic enough! Thank you so much for your help I hope you continue to deliver excellent service for many more years to come!!

I started going here back in June 2020 after my car accident. I am going for both physio and massage therapy. Both Elizabeth and Oleg are incredibly nice, very informative and played a big part of my healing process. They show such care and empathy in everything that they do. On the other hand - Eleanor (the receptionist), is also incredibly nice. She goes above and beyond for all of the clients, great customer service, and is very professional. I highly recommend this place, not only are you receiving treatment but you also gain new friends :)

I think I will like having my therapy sessions here. Reception is very courteous , easy to understand & very flexible with arranging appts with everyone's life style. Very nice lady. The lady that assessed me ( Elizabeth) is a compassionate person in her field of work. She goes slowly with the questions & answers session. Doesn't rush you through the assessment. As seniors can't be rushed in some situations. I start my session July 25. Hopefully looking forward to some good results. Some relief from my discomfort .

She stated and i quote “she requested a Punjabi therapist cause she cant speak english but maybe she needs to bring someone who speaks english because this is Canada not Punjabi”.

Did not enjoy the experience.I came home and did my exercises ,pulled a muscle in my back and had headache for 3 days.Almost called my chiropractor.Can't do your regime.My arm and shoulder hurts too much.Less pain when I rest it when I don't work.

The staff and reception are very friendly and helpful. It is easy to book on line and reply is quick. The clinic follows safe practices to ensure a safe environment. My therapist , Kanika Alagh, was very knowledgable and always took the time to ask and listen to how my condition was progressing. She also provided exercises that I could do at home and recommended ways that I could help my condition. I am very happy with the care I received at PT Health and I would return without question.

Today I had my first visit to pt Health,36 Vodden street. My health card expired in June.According to Ministry’s website, no need to renew the health card because of covid till further order.But the lady at the reception asked me to renew the card as soon as possible, otherwise on next visit I have to pay some 150$ or so( exact amount I don’t remember). I told her what website says, but she insisted that I should go to the office and renew it as their offices are open now. She said that a red blinking star is popping up on her computer and she couldn’t do anything about it. I was only examined, not given any Physio and are asked to come on 13 August. The couch on which he examined me was without any sheath or cover. I am surprised.

This was my first time attending PT Health. Upon entry the receptionist is very friendly and COVID measures were completed. Physio Therapist Elizabeth was excellent. I've been seeing Gunjan Patel once a week since January to rehabilitate my left shoulder from rotator cuff surgery.. I can say with great pleasure with the stretches and excercises that Gunjan has provided me, it has helped me to surpass my rehabilitation time and on the road to a full recovery... I must emphasize that a lot of the hard work was done at home following the excercises given.. I must say the only downfall to this place is that I feel that I'm being rushed compared to other places I've been to for physiotherapy. I believe more attention to detail and more time to complete the excercises should be allotted if necessary... I've had appointments range from 15mins to a max of 30mins and have left feeling short changed a few times.

I have been a patient on and off for the past couple of years at this clinic. The Therapist Oleg is kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. At every visit he takes time to ask questions, get your input and feedback because one visit can be different from another, based on symptoms past and present. One is treated with respect and empathy at all times. If and when necessary he goes further to suggest/make recommendations specific to your needs at the time. The office manager Eleanor is warm and friendly. She always ask everyone how they are doing. The office offers an inviting feeling when you enter. Eleanor goes above and beyond to decorate the office with the current calendar theme for ex. Valentine's or Christmas decorations. It makes for such a warm ambiance. Overall a wonderful Team.

All aspects of your personal treatment is explained and demonstrated to you. They assist you through out your exercise program and give you their full attention. The receptionist is very pleasant, polite, and helpful. I find her to be always positive and cheery even though she is very busy with her many duties, especially pleasant when answering the phone. You will find even though your professional treatment plan is developed for your personal return to good health, it will not be easy or pain free.
