I have been been injured in the past at work. Right shoulder injury. I came here it was my first time coming to Health Plus Physio. Staff was very polite and made appointment for me immediately. That was important to me at the time because the pain level was intense. It was affecting my work and my personal life. The Doctor was more then knowledgeable because he explained to me all the details of my treatment. He made a customized plan for my injury and answered all my questions before treatment began. So this time when I was at work and tripped over 2 pallets and fractured my patella, I knew where I was going for treatment. So when I arrived at his Clearance St location feeling like there was no hope for me (fear/traumatized/scared) he assured me I will be ok. I believed him because he had already treated in the past and he fixed me up real good He created a plan for my recovery including a rough date I would be able to walk again. I will continue to recommend this company and even at this location. Now that I’m on a cane I’m am confident that his plan is working and as long as I do my part, recovery is just around the corner. I have sent my father in law here for his wrist arthritis and he was happy. Everyone at my job knows to come to Health Plus Physio because not only do I recommend them to come but once they do they continue to come each time they are injured. So this review is to say THANKS to the friendly and knowledgeable staff with their up to date equipment, they along with the doctor have really changed my life. Hopefully I won’t be injured but if or when I do I will come to Health Plus Physio. If I could give them a 6 Star review I would. Thanks for your help—Daniel

Very effective treatment. They actually care about your injury and will do best to cure it in best minimal time and most effective excercises. They found my problem in first 5 mins and with the right treatment i was able to feel better from that very sitting. They may not have experience of 50 years but they definately do better job than some of those who have. I would go there not just because of their abilty to locate and treat injury well but also because of hospitality towards their patients. My mother is also have treatment from them for 3 years old injury and she is feeling well now. I am thankful to Mr. Vinod , Miss Payal and Miss Neharika I wish them best of luck.

I had a problem for an year with my shoulder, but physio and chiro at this clinic did a fantastic job to fix it in a month. Receptionist and assistants in the clinic were so kind and welcoming!!! I never had any wait time if I have my appointment were fixed in advance, couple of changes to appt. were also done without any delay! I’m happy that I’m back to gym in a short time.

My husband and I have been coming to Health Plus Physiotherapy Clinic for the last 3 years. I must say the standard of professionalism and care that we receive are phenomenal. My husband being a Cricketer he had many injuries and had to undergo treatments for his various injuries, I should say never once received such a high quality treatment like he received at Health Plus Physiotherapy Clinic. Friendly staff members and they always try to adjust your timing requirements. Very flexible in scheduling appointment. I'm almost fifty, overweight with a plethora of issues. Shoulder, knees, back, feet... You name it I have it. The first time I went there on a friend’s recommendation, I was really surprised by their assessment. Very thorough and explained everything with pictures. They outlined a treatment strategy and within weeks I felt better. The only condition is you need to stick to their recommendations. My real surprise came when it was time for treating my feet issues. Over a decade, I had seen many other physiotherapists and podiatrists. I would typically use the orthopedic inserts for a couple of months and then throw them away. Because I could never get used to them. But in this clinic, the inserts contoured to my feet got used to it within a week. Now I can't live without them. Another pleasant experience is, they will take you in at the appointed time. Even if there was a delay, it was less than ten minutes.

I been to this locations few times as always they treat me very well. The staff here are caring, welcoming, warm, and wonderful. They provide an excellent service in a professional but friendly manner. They have a genuine concern for the patient, and offer an integrated service. Everything about the clinic is of the highest standard, from booking an appointment to aftercare. There is value for money, and staff never pressurise into taking on endless rounds of treatment. I've been going to health plus for almost two months since i was having excruciating pain in my hip and leg .i was assessed by Vino(manager/physiotherapist) who was kind and polite,He recommended Niharika(physiotherapist) who is absolutely amazing and helpful. She is good at her job...my pain has subsided alot but still have a few more sessions to go.I would recommend Health Plus to anyone because the staff is very welcoming and polite including the other three ladies as well and also very professional.

i broke my femur bone back in June and the staff at Health Plus has helped me tremendously. I have an artificial left leg and was very concerned but with the expertise of Vinod, Niharika and Boomi i am feeling better, Still along process but without their help i wouldnt even where i am today. My husband also has spent over 2 years there with his back issues and his neck issues and they were so great in his treatment. They are very accommodating with times as my husband doesnt drive. Going to Health Plus has given me the independence that i had prior to breaking my femur. Niharika is great!

This clinic occupies the top place in worst clinics. The staff and the therapist should know minimum manners of greeting and talking good with the customers. They absolutely don't care about it.

I have been to several physiotherapy clinic in Brampton and this is one of the best I have ever been. The service is great and the staff are wonderful. I have been to several doctors and none of them told me I should do physiotherapy on my hand all they said, is that I should wear braces which didn't help. not until I go to this clinic and I was talking about the pain I have in my hand; I couldn't sleep at night and they suggested that I should do physiotherapy. Wow that were the best idea ever now my hands are so much better; I can sleep at night and I look forward to come in at least twice a week to do my physiotherapy. The staff at Health Plus are amazing! I received comprehensive physiotherapy as well as chiropody. There are extended hours for appointments and staff will work with your schedule. They dealt with my insurance company so I didn't have that additional stress. I was in so much pain when I came to Health Plus. But now thanks to my physiotherapy treatment and the caring staff, I am recovering well. I have my quality of life back and I am so grateful to the Health Plus team.
