I had a pleasant overall experience. It was good to see them following safety measures for Covid-19 at their clinic. Dr. Bharti examined my back pain. The manual therapy I received was particularly relieving. I was prescribed a set of exercises to do at home which improved my tissue extensibility. I really appreciate how my concerns were addressed and how I was offered reassurance which helped me gain confidence about managing my back condition. 5 stars!

This facility is in a core Brampton downtown area. They are following all COVID 19 guidelines from provincial government very strictly. It is very clean facility and has friendly staff. Excellent customer service at the front desk by the owner of the clinic. Was highly impressed by the COVID protocol that they have implemented at the clinic. Physiotherapist M/S Bharti is very knowledgeable in her profession and devotes a lot of time to understand the patients problems and then addresses accordingly.
