Whole team at Finchgate is very professional and welcoming. From booking appointments to having sessions, everything is seamless. From my initial visit the Staff at Finchgate were concerned with me getting better and not just coming back. I came to see Mr.Ketan(PT), after I injured my knee. After my daughters appointments were continually cancelled elsewhere, I turned to Ketan after searching on Google. Summer sport season is short and she needed treatment. From the initial consultation that included the start of her treatment (other place was just a consult - same fee), my daughter and I felt comfortable that we were in the right place. 2.5 weeks after our first visit, my daughter returned to practice and the 3rd week, she was back to competing. Definitely return for any other sport injury that may occur!

The place is clean and they are particularly careful to follow covid-19 preventive measures, i.e. wearing masks and disinfect equipment after each use.

Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, I had great experiences with Physiotherapist, Chiropractor & reception. I have been going to Finchgate Physiotherapy from last 3 months after wrist surgery. Physiotherapist, Ketan Trivedi is very knowledgeable and has been treating me. He has explained everything he does and answers all my doubts properly. He has been doing Laser treatment for arthritis in wrist and it has shown good improvement. I have also taken few appointments with Chiropractor, Marko Pavacic, and experience with him is also great. I had mild backpain. He explained me the problem & possible treatment after xray and in 3 appointments, backpain has been released.

KETAN who's a physio recommended and gave me shock wave therapy which outcome in having no more pain and difficulties in the long run. VRAJ is an amazing massage therapist and his treatments were effective in reducing my pain. I'm glad to visit and treated by them.

I got into a motorcycle accident and fractured my foot right in half. ketan and his team have went out of there way to make sure that I was comfortable but also progressing ahead with my fracture. He worked around my schedule to fit in MY day.. hes a very happy/knowledgeable guy that absolutely loves what he does.. as well as a good chess player lol.. She has been working on my back and what an improvement in how I feel and my mobility. The receptionist is such a pleasant young lady. I started going to finch gate physiotherapy regarding the same .i have found my pain has reduced a lot thnx to Deepika such a great physio who provided me custom exercise plan...as well as she used diff technique like shock wave therapy & cupping technique to reduce tightness of my neck muscles .. I would highly recommend any one this clinic ....

Wow, you don't know what your missing until you get it! I went to a rehab location for 2.5 years and when I failed to see any real gains, I tried Finchgate Physio and boy was I shocked. The staff are friendly and very accomodating and the message therapist's (RMT), are beyond my expectations. Although I'm still new to this location, Vraj and Surinder leave me feeling relaxed but most importantly, they make you feel wanted and they really want you to get better! I can't say enough good things about these two RMT's. I would be remissed if I didn't acknowledge the owner, who also works in the office! Sir, thank you for the care and attentavness that you have given me! You are a wonderful human being and what you do makes a big difference to me. So, although I still live with great cervical and lumbar pain, I always look forward to my appointments! God bless

Staff very knowledgeable. After showing me a number of exercises for my knees I was able to go home after 3 sessions and do them on my own. No pressure to have me keep going back for more treatments. Ketan suggested a knee brace ( out of a choice of too many for me ) for my condition, measured me up, ordered the brace and had the company rep come to his office to fit it to me. All handled very well. Have recommended him already to a couple of friends.

I wanted to say that Mr. Trivedi and his Physio therapist assistance Nisha have been wonderful. They are always great you with kindness when you walk in to the office. They also check on you to make sure that you are ok while you are doing the excerises. They also have been really helpful with figuring out the claims with the insurance. Mr. Trivedi worked with me to find the correct knee brace that was needed. He was very gracious with getting the cost within my budget. My knee seems to be getting better. I would rate them a 5 out of 5. I would also recommend their office if I knew of anyone else I know need a Physiotherapist.

The staff that work here are absolutely amazing!! They take the time to know about any condition that may prohibit someone from their capabilities and duties everyday. I’ve been going here for massage, physiotherapy and chiropractor as well. Vraj does an amazing job at executing my massage treatments every week, as well as Ketan for my Physio and Marko with my chiropractor treatment. When I walk in, Nisha never fails to ask how I am doing and is on top of scheduling my appointments for each week. If you’re having troubles, I strongly suggest coming here :)

My back pain has always been an issue due to a car accident and have attended many physiotherapy clinics. However, most of them do the quick treatment and send you home with couple of exercises to do. When I walked into Finchgate Physiotherapy, the professional sessions provided for my treatment has improved my daily routine. I was so happy to receive their opening notification!! I was in a car accident November 2019. I was having to use a wheelchair the first month and after surgery on my leg I didn’t think I’d be able to walk again normally or without pain. After weekly physiotherapy appointments with Deepika I am walking normally and my pain and discomfort has decreased immensely. I still have more physiotherapy ahead of me but am so thankful for Finchgate Physiotherapy. I would highly recommend to anyone needing physiotherapy or massage. I have been seeing Ketan Trivedi (Physio) at this clinic since earlier this month. Sincerity, good handling of my rare condition are all the things I have been blessed with here. I found this clinic by going through Lumina Search, search service provided on my company paid Sunlife Insurance Plan. I am extremely happy, satisfied with the treatment and the results. I have been dealt with utmost care . I would advise that when injuries or conditions happen, we should not delay treatment. The staff at Finchgate Physiotherapy are extremely friendly and knowledgeable in how to best treat any type of injury. I tore my hamstring in early May and after crutches and months of R-I-C-E to no avail, i finally caved and sought the help of a physiotherapist. In my initial consultation, Ketan listened to my concerns and after a brief examination, immediatley identified that not only had i injured my hamstring, but my calve muscle had been sttained as well. He immediatley started me on both class iv laser therapy as well as shockwave therapy and after only 3 weeks, both my hamstring and calve muscles have nearly fully healed. I couldn't even finish a 10 minute walk with my family back in June and just this past weekend, i was able to lay a stone patio base and build a shed without any pain! Thank you to the staff at Finchgate Physiotherapy for the support! Highly recommended!
