Upon arriving at my booked appointment, they told me I came on the wrong date. Rather then fix the problem they told me I had to come back on the appointment date they got wrong. I'm on crutches and can't just go and come back another day. Rather then see if the physiotherapist could fit me in for a 15 MIN consultation, they completely brushed me off saying "oh he can't, he can't " I'm sorry but the first rule of customer service you never say can't! Even if it means staying a little late, you make sure you take care of those who need help. Needless to say I have taken my business somewhere else. Thanks for nothing Athlete's Care!!!

I had a lower back / hip injury from workout. Initially, I went to a different physiotherapist but my injury ended up getting worst. I finally went to go see Reema at Brampton location. My pain was so bad that I could barely walk. Reema was exceptional. She diagnosed me properly and fixed me up in only few weeks. I am still seeing her but the pain is gone and I feel normal again. She is now making me work on my core/strength to avoid having this problem again. I'm exceptionally happy with her and would always come here going forward. I've received physio treatments from Johnson for several weeks, and have found great success following through with the detailed plan he created specifically for my rehabilitation. After he made the suggestion that I move towards Massage Treatment for continued success in my rehabilitation, I had a wonderful experience with one of their RMTs Sakila. I was involved in a car accident 2years ago hit by a drunk driver on the highway 410 and I suffered whiplash, double tendon tear both my shoulders and a severe chronic pains all over my back. Luckily I survived..I was referred to by my Doctor to this place for therapy and did helped me tremendously with rehab treatment and my therapist (Rema) is very pleasant indeed and did an excellent job with my rehab. Till to this day, I'm still continuing my maintenance therapy . Thanks to this place for my recovery!

I called into Athlete's care just to get some information on the location and it's services particularly the concussion program. Christine was extremely friendly and knowledgeable regarding all the services they provide and answered every question I could think of for the concussion program. Christine politely advised me to contact Lauren if I needed any more details but I don't feel it's needed as she was extremely thorough and even answered questions I didn't know I had! Being active in martial arts and badminton, Athlete's Care in Brampton has been my "go to" for many years. Friendly staff (including the front desk), competent professionals, and hours that fit my busy schedule. I'm very satisfied with the physiotherapy treatment and results thus far. Jaskiran (or "Jas") Kaur Singh took care of my rotator cuffs and did the initial assessment of my golf elbow (and I don't even play golf!) More recently, Reema Prajapati has been treating my elbow and achilles tendonitis. I'm thankful to be on the mend. And a shout out to Dr Ravjit Ahluwalia who took a look at my patellar tracking problem and wrote me a script for a knee brace.

I highly recommend this clinic. I have hip bursitis and osteoarthritis in one of my knees. My doctor recommended that I go to this clinic for physio. I have been seeing Via (Vaidehi Patel) twice a week for the last month and have had impressive results. I’m going to keep coming back for maintenance visits as it’s truly helped me. I never expected that it would reduce my pain this drastically. With that being said I am doing my part and ensuring that I’m doing all of my daily exercises and icing.

On June 21/18, I received an injection in my left knee at the Brampton location. My MD, referred me to Dr. Aheer. As he was the “specialist” I had hoped he would know his business. I am very disappointed to find that the whole visit was a total waste of my time and money. I have been to a surgeon to start proceedings to have my knees replaced and he asked me how the Synvisc worked for me, with a knowing look in his eyes. I replied that it did nothing for me, thinking I was one of the “unlucky” ones. He told me he wasn’t surprised as synvisc needs cartilage to adhere to and I have none. Dr. Aheer had my x-ray results, he knew what was involved with my knee and yet he still let me spend my money. Either he doesn’t know his medical business or he saw someone desperate for pain relief that he could take advantage of. I’m very disappointed in my family doctor but I’ll give him a pass, maybe he doesn’t know the details involved but this clinic and Dr. Aheer should have known. They should have told me straight up, this is a waste of time for you. Yes he told me it might not work, but he should have said you have no cartilage, this will NOT help you. This is a sad enough world, but when we can’t trust our doctors it’s even scarier. That’s my complaint and I hope someone cares enough not to let it happen to others.

I started going to Athletes Care late last year for pain that I was having in my knees, and my experience has been amazing ever since. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. Initially, I was seeing Reema for physio and now I’m seeing Alex for chiro and they both have been extremely helpful. They are very professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring and understanding. They took the time to really understand what I’ve gone through, pinpoint the underlying issue and explain my injuries and treatment plan. They both have helped me greatly along this process and I’ve seen tremendous improvement in my recovery. Alex is now even helping me with pain that I’ve been having in my shoulders, back and neck. And so, I would definitely recommend both Reema and Alex to anyone as I know I’m in good hands.

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile - Athlete's Care is by far the best clinic of this type I've dealt with - ever. With a chronic knee problem I have unfortunately had to see countless doctors at a number of clinics/offices/hospitals over the last decade - most are a hectic, disorganized mess. From day one, Athlete's Care has been wonderful! The receptionists are organized, know what they are doing and are quick to respond to calls and emails (seems simple - but I've had other places regularly not answer calls, not answer emails, etc.) Dr. Aheer has been wonderful to deal with - he takes the time to listen to you and talk about your problem and the options available. He does not push a certain treatment on you, rather presents all the options and lets you decide. I never feel rushed and I actually leave there wanting to go back again! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place that knows what they are doing and is not a chore to deal with!

Front desk staff is rude and combative. Proper information is not shared. Appears to be another physio factory that is tied into insurance companies. Dr was ok. Nuero exam was average and nothing I haven’t experienced many times before. Nothing new was learned and no information was provided on services recommended. They were more concerned that we had a lawyer.

It all starts with the brightest of smiles from the reception desk to the moment you you say goodbye to the doctor's in this place, out of this world as far as a full recovery goes. They fully explain the specific issues/injuries to a complete plan moving forward including post recovery with a full regiment of stretching routines that are within reason and easy to commit to. I have seen Jaskiran for my "golfers elbow" and she has left me speechless, the most unbearable pain for about a year was totally relieved in 6 single sessions of shock therapy and massage. I couldn't even shake another man's hand with the pain I had! Here's to a new round of golf and finishing it off with a gentleman's handshake, thank's to this sports care facility.

Booked a 45 min massage & received 25min treatment and was billed for 60min, walked in at appt time. RMT spent 14 min talk or having me talk. Demanded that I receive a physical assessment even though I said I was not comfortable and preferred not to as I did not want to irritate myself more. Was threatened that if I did not complete the physical part of her “assessment” she would not treat me. I was not satisfied prior to my massage starting after the RMT stated they were not “comfortable” providing the level of treatment that was required and comfortable for me. RMT made unprofessional/unqualified comments about when I should and shouldn’t take medication for treatments. Would stop treatment to push physio when I was not requesting advise or recommendations. Had explained this was not new and I had received treatments and diagnosis yet continued to also stop and explain my flareups. I would never go back or recommend. If I didn’t believe and respect confidentiality I would include her name so no one would have to endure her!!

This clinic recommended PRP injections for my long term injury. The injections were done by their sports doctor. The PRP injection ended up giving me permanent nerve damage for which I suffer from on a daily basis. I later found out that no ethical doctor or clinic would ever offer PRP injections without it being guided by an ultrasound machine. Avoid this place as they only care about money.

Dr.Aheer diagnosed two of my shoulder injuries after multiple misdiagnoses stating a different part of my shoulder was injured.
