I have long thought that the chronic issues I have had with my back and neck were related to the fascia but I never had the knowledge or the practitioner to help me with this. Not only does the Posture Program decompress the spine from years of poor posture but they have shown me how to stretch the fascia so that the body can create new patterns of behavior. On top of all of this they have put the tools and the power in my hands so that I can continue to improve the body without the dependency on drugs, machines or even a clinic visit. Action Physiotherapy is truly empowering their clients to heal and better their lives.

Saw Dr. Rob Kappes for my hand. He charges $95.00 for the first visit and $68.00 for every visit thereafter. It's supposed to be a half an hour session but he always finishes in 15 minutes. He fills out my forms while i'm sitting just staring at him. Most physiotherapists fill out those forms on their own time not the patient's time. He asked me to show him an X-ray of my fracture then asked me where the fracture is. I asked him to have a look at it since he requested it and then he says to me "I'm not good with X-rays". I mean, why ask me to pull it up if you can't read X-rays? I stopped my treatment and am now going somewhere else.

Great ambiance, great staff and most importantly, physiotherapists are amazing and working hard to get you back on track. I go to Rob and he is amazing at what he does. I definitely recommend Action Physiotherapy. Also, they use an App which helps you with workouts at home. Which helps with how to properly do the exercises. They created a timeline for me and to my surprise, I started to see the results as promised.

I remember going to the place when I was in a lot of pain and needed medical attention asap. When I reached there, that's what I got. The staff, Dr. Rob and Dr. Vi was really understanding and provided me with a schedule that was applicable to me. They helped me through each road blocks that I was facing while getting the treatment and were really professional. Even during the pandemic the way they conducted their practices was well organized and they took all the necessary precautions. So far it has been the best physiotherapy I have been to. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor's there are really kind and helpful. Because of their help I was able to get my strength and my confidence back. I am thankful for them in assisting me.

This is the best physio place, ever. Tina the receptionist is super friendly and courteous. Rob has helped me with a repetitive strain injury that I have to my upper back, using posture corrective techniques, which have been a life saver. And in this day and age, being hunched over a desk / smartphone, posture correction is a must. Most recently I have been visiting for a sprained knee, and honestly, my knee would not have improved at the pace it has if i didn't go to physio. One of the best parts of Action Physio is that they are interested in helping their patients and not just interested in what your insurance is paying. It's GREAT service. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

I went in with an upper back pain and shoulder pain. The help from both Paul and Rob was just amazing. I was pain free in 2 months. I had one on one sessions with both of them every week. The Osteopathy and Physiotherapy sessions provided the necessary treatment I needed to get well. They don't hook you up to machines and put you in a corner until your time is up. They help you and attend to you for the duration of your appointment giving you the care, treatment and exercise coaching you need. My personal THANK YOU to Paul and Rob for making me pain free.

I was having severe pain in my shoulder - I could barely move my arm. Vi was able to pinpoint the actual cause and provide me with very simple (yet effective!!) movements and excercise to improve my situation. It has only been a few weeks and I am 100% better. I am beyond impressed with the results and would reccomend Vi and Action Physio to anyone looking to feel better. I was given sheets to take home outlining the excercises in detail which I found helped alot. It is a very simple, but zen place to help yourself heal. This will be my go-to place for sure!!!

I slipped a disc in my neck and have been in pain for years. chiropractor is the one who slipped my disc and paralyzed my arm but i wont go there. then physio did great but would only get my part way to no pain but got my arm back to working condition. Then I ran out of benefits for physio and some for osteopath. so i looked it up and tried it and i have not looked back. im living my life again. Thank you ActionPhysio for everything.????

I had chronic shin splints and saw many different physiotherapists in Brampton for 2 years and my pain had no improvement. I found Rob at Action Physiotherapy and after seeing Rob for 1 year my shin splints pain was gone. Rob is an excellent physiotherapist, he does hands-on treatment, he doesn't rush through appointments, and he takes his time to find out the root cause of my injury. Unlike some other physiotherapists I have experienced in the past that just put me on machines and leave me there. I would definitely recommend Rob at Action Physiotherapy to all my friends and family.
