I had a car accident in January this year and my adjuster recommended that I to go to Trenton Physiotherapy. Paige was very good to me and genuinely supportive and the massage therapist was also really good. The girls at the front desk were very helpful. Chantel was not very helpful and I felt like I was waste of her time. She filled out the original assessment without even talking to me. I am still having concussion symptoms because she refused to listen to me. The insurance companies send clients there because she writes you off.

If you have coverage they treat you like gold, but if you dont have coverage they treat you badly. The owner is uncaring cold, and plays God with your money or Ohip. I wouldn't recommend it

They have a very professional staff from the front desk receptionist to my therapist. The clinic is very clean and has a very friendly environment making you feel at ease upon arrival. Jennifer Gagne-Monaco Is my Therapist. She always pays attention to detail and I alway walk out feeling like a million bucks. This clinic is highly recommended!

Jennifer one of the massage therapists is wonderful and the only reason I returned to the clinic. John the assistant physiotherapist is always there to lend a hand and help you if you need it . Kind and friendly. Chantal Roy the physiotherapist needs to find a job that does not interact with people. Years ago this was a thriving clinic. I returned to the clinic after being rear ended in a car accident. Ms Roy did my assessment which my understanding was I needed it to return to see Jennifer, the massage therapist, who I believe is wonderful. I was told by Chantal that I needed to have physiotherapy to be able to have massage therapy and insisted I see her twice a week. I wasn't looking for physio as I was already working with a great chiropractor for my treatment. It was John was who normally who attended to me. After a bit I spoke to Chantal and told her I found no benefit in her treatment and she decided to try acupuncture. That left me bleeding and bruised most of the time. I decided to see her only once a week since other than the acupuncture I could do the treatments at home and save my insurance some money. But then I fell and injured my knee so I took a couple of weeks off since I could not stand comfortably. On my return Ms Roy met me at the door and started to argue with me that I was not taking her treatment seriously. Long story short, she left me on the TENS machine telling me she was the "Physiotherapist and knew better than I did about my treatments".She turned the TENS machine to a volume I could not handle and walked away leaving me to turn the machine down, feeling like my neck and shoulders were being torn off. Once John came to remove the pads, I told him I was leaving and would only return once Chantal was no longer there. The next morning she called telling me I was no longer allowed in the clinic because I was too intimidating for her to deal with and that she was canceling my massages. Ms Roy also likes to bring her dog into the clinic. A beautiful poodle that is not trained in dealing with the public and once almost attacked a client who was going in for a massage. This is not a therapy dog. I was shocked to find the dog back in the clinic the next time I was there. Ms Roy told me she had to bring the dog because it suffers from separation anxiety and she misses her dog when she's not with it. No concern that the dog might actually harm the next person she's not comfortable with. Years ago when Craig managed the clinic it was always full, now usually only a couple of people at any time. I can see why.

I have been coming to pt Health Trenton Physio for over seven years now. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff. I've always been treated with dignity and respect, and find them to be professional and helpful at all times, even if you are not their patient. I see Jen for massage therapy every other week, and used this clinic for physio following my knee surgery three years ago. I rather enjoy having the dog in the clinic, as it helps to soothe some anxiety (it's also the sign of a great workplace that allows dogs, so kudos to the clinic for being so progressive). The dog is quiet and mostly stays in the back office, and has never bothered anyone that I could see. I didn't even know there was a dog there for several months. I'm not the kind of person who usually leaves reviews, but I was shocked and saddened (and maybe a little outraged) at some of the negative reviews, as this has never been my experience at this clinic. I've recommended this place to others, and will continue to do so.

Chantal and Paige are amazing along with the office staff. I have only received positive experience from here. In fact, during Covid shut down, Chantal would phone to see how I was doing. The staff here are amazing!! From the administrative staff to the Physiotherapist, I couldn't ask for anything better. I have been going here for about 6 weeks now and Palak and Talia have been wonderful. They are both friendly and will walk me through anything they are going to do. I have been attending physio at PT health for the last 2 months. I was hit by a car in August and was referred to this clinic by my insurance company. I have physio with Chantal and Paige, these girls are great, and have helped me tremendously. I also have massage with Jenn. She is amazing. She listens to what you have to say and how you really feel. She also gives one great massage!!! These girls, including the girls at the front desk are truly a great bunch and are super helpful. Insurance paperwork was already started and explained so there was no pressure of feeling overwhelmed. My Insurance company could not have recommended a better Health Care Facility for my rehab. Very pleased with the quality service from the girls at the front desk (super friendly and efficient) and Paige (gosh I hope I got it right) who puts up with my non stop chatter during ultrasound... and answers all my odd questions about my exercises, and Chantal who keeps the treatment plan moving .... all make the perfect team to get me back on my feet as quickly as possible. Trenton PT HEALTH physiotherapy Has very BAD dministration and management, part of the COVID policy y makes no sense obligating clients to wear their not trusted face masks. Cancellation policy totally disregards the time and money the patients spend when they dont even reach you the proper way to cancel your appointment 15 to 30 .minutes before you were booked. No wonder why the professionals working there don't last longer. When it comes to their cancellation policy we, have to pay $25 fine if we cancel with no more than24 HOURS in advance. BUT they cancelled on me, 3 times already Including Tuesday's appointment via voicemail when the only way they always communicate with me is via EMAIL. I traveled 40 minutes to get there and 40 to come back to my home. They left a voicemail that I even didnt catch, as I was already 25 minutes into my trip to the clinic. I got there wearing a brand new out of the bag N95 face mask and they told me to switch it for a thin white and blue mask that everyone touches with no lead on it. I said I prefer mine, because mine is better and yours doesn't look safe for me, all clients putting their hands in the same box , plus who knows if the covid virus lands over there lots os times a day as the box is exposed and not covered. The new girls at the desk, that are all new now as well, told me that that was their policy. I told them that the covid questionnaire and policy they made me read and sign that morning via e mail didn't mention their face mask switching and that not even my dentist or family doctor switch masks. THEN IS WHEN THEY TOLD ME the therapist called in sick and they left a voicemail. I was upset, as they always send me confirmations for appointments and reminders via EMAIL why are they not doing the same for the cancelation, specially if the covid questions need to be answered an hour before the appointment Anyway I turned around after telling them F_ ___this, and I'm not going there anymore By the way the therapists that treated were really good, but they all left

I have been to the clinic for two issues. Both times the experience has been fantastic. Everyone who works there is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Chantal is fantastic. She explains everything clearly and in terms easy to understand. The physio assistants are also great, happy to explain and assist with everything that is needed. I have also been doing regular massage sessions with Kim, one of the Registered Massage Therapists on site and am very happy with the results! I had Kim harding for my massage therapy today.. And she was great! It was really nice to have someone actually listen to me. I had another massage therapist but as this industry goes.. Always busy, which is great! But i really messed up my shoukder and needed some relief from the pain. It was a pleasure to have had her work on me. Only complaint, there was no music or anything.. So the sound of ac and other people on the other side of the door.. Not very relaxing. Rooms are small also but that is more so i feel bad for the rmt because that must be difficult? Will go back though :)

received 2 pairs of orthotics from them. Found out later they never addressed one of the issues because they said I did not have one. Yet I was told I did by a nurse . when asked why was told it was ok. Maybe I would have had less pain had you addressed this issue . So I was told im good to go but still injured. awesome good work thanks!!!!!!!

Presently I have two session per mouth of massage therapy with Kim, she is very good , at the end of my session I fell relaxed and great. I have recommended pt Health and I will continue to do so.

Overall experience was a pleasant one. Very professional and informative staff. However, I was not impressed paying $60+ for a $20 at best elbow brace. Not sure if you think all injured individuals are naive and simple but not this guy. I did not return for further service or treatment bc of this issue.

I DO infact recommend this establishment for your physiotherapy needs as their care is above reproach. During the pandemic they have implemented great measures to ensure the patients safety and most of all their own safety which will make you feel safe and in proper hands.
