Just before the lockdown I had an assessment with James. I had a herniated disc affecting the femoral nerve. I was in a lot of pain and could not stand or sit for any length of time. I worked with James by phone for three months. I am so grateful that James could help me. He is compassionate and really understands the human body. I highly recommend James if you want a really competent and positive professional. Thanks so much for your help.
