Personally, I have not attended this office. My husband, however, has. I found the Dr. very nice when I attended an appmt with my husband. What I did not agree with, was what I find to be unprofessional behaviour. Calling a patient, on a Sunday, because they gave a review on google you do not agree with.
everyone is entitled to their own opinion, even if it is not optimal. The point of google reviews, is to shed light on your own personal experiences. I feel as though, he denied the opportunity of this. So much, as to ask for the review to be removed from google.
Very unprofessional.
Edited to add — in response to Dr. Bardwells reply.. Yes, you did call him after he consented. Because you had text him earlier on that Sunday morning, he did not respond. Then you proceeded to, later in the day, phone him and leave a voice mail (because he didn’t want to answer). He then text you back in response to your voicemail, because he knew you weren’t going to quit, stating his reasoning behind the review on google. You then proceeded to ask, yet again, if you could contact him via phone, to which he reluctantly said yes.
You asked a patient to remove their google review, which is a personal experience rating, because it brought down your overall rating. The entire time you were on the phone with him, he could hardly get a word in edge wise with you consistently saying ‘I thought I did what you asked.. If you went to a restaurant... if you got your car serviced... you made those references about 4 times each.
You then proceeded to contact my husband later on in the evening, and speak with him about the fact that I had left a review on google. Then, tried to convince my husband, to have me remove my review as well.. ‘I don’t think someone who hasn’t been to my office, should be writing reviews.. Please let me know if you can offer any assistance in resolving this’ .. I’m not removing my review. :)
I stand by what I said .. UNPROFESSIONAL.
