Chantal has been able to provide excellent assessments with very effective therapy to bring both of my shoulders back to play level after a few sessions. Just getting started on my knee but have total confidence after a couple of therapy sessions and continued flexibility and strengthening exercises it will be ready for the slopes in no time. Looking forward to booking my massage and orthotics assessment later this month. The customer service is top notch, I especially like the emails of the appointment reminders and the ease to input in my calendar. One stop shopping for your body maintenance needs!! Very knowledgeable and professional staff, keep up the awesome effort!
