I've been seeing Trevor for my shoulder injury for the last month and wow he knows his stuff. Shoulder is recovering faster then I expected with the therapy and exercises. I highly recommend Trevor and his clinic, I have no worries about Covid as the staff and therapists take it seriously and clean after each patient. Thanks for the exceptional service.

I called to make a walk-in appointment, and got a call 1hour later with a doctor and to come there right away. Was in and out within 35mins. I also was checked by a physio therapist too, both are very kind and respectful. Receptionist is also very welcoming.

alright for the only walk in clinic in this city this place is not even allowing walk ins even if you call like the sigh says , they will make countless excuses and tell you to go to a different city , and you would think during a global pandemic they would allow clients to see a doctor for health issues but apparently they lock their door and bank cash while refusing to see anyone for anything , all these people should go home and get a new job because they are no help to the public in any way at all and should face charges for their practices in my opinion , why stay open and lock the door if you wont see people . absolutely unreal everyone that works here should be ashamed of them selfs ,

I have been searching for a family doctor and happened to find out that Dr. Okonola was accepting new patients. He is very friendly and seems to really care about his patients. Dr. Strasser is really great too. She is very gentle when it comes to Gynaecological issues and takes her time explaining everything she is doing step by step. Worth driving in from Saskatoon!

Absolutely terrible and everyone that goes here is better off going to Warman where they actually care or somewhere in Saskatoon. The staff aren't pleasant from the get go starting with the reception. First off getting through to reception is nearly impossible had to sit there and try calling for a hour and a half just to actually get through to the options menu. Secondly the options menu makes no sense as there is no option to speak with reception and staying on the line for the call to get forwarded through to reception is not an option I had to sit and press the option "3" which says "press three if you have a concern about one of our physicians. Option "4" is for massage and physiotherapy and the other ones are for doctors and physicians to call with urgent lab results. Every time I have visited I have waited for over an hour being the only one in the waiting room, meanwhile the staff was chatting and laughing drinking coffee. My last visit wasn't pleasant either as the doctor would not listen to anything I was telling her about what's going on and started going off on her own diagnosis (which I'll add after leaving and going to two different doctors and being told what I thought was wrong was actually true. And have had to get surgery etc.) The staff does not seem like they genuinely care about their patients and just are working to get out of there sooner rather than later. YOU GUYS WENT TO SCHOOL TO TAKE TIME TO HELP PEOPLE WHO NEED IT SO TAKE TIME TO HELP!

This review is for the walk-in. Doctor is very unorganized and seems under trained (he was using what looked like Google for the appointment). Wait time after being moved to the little room was extremely long, especially for being one of the only patients here. As a walk-in I wouldn't recommend unless you are in a pinch.

I dont think they have their phones hooked up at all. That or they just love the sound of ringing phones. Have called 8 different times an all it does it put me on hold. How are you supposed to book anything if you don't ever pick up? Should just close the doors because that's seems like the only way this is going to get fixed

Was told that I would not be able to book ANY appointment after 5pm and would have to be walk in. I made it there at 5 when their walk in time starts. Then sat in the waiting room for two hours while people with appointments were called in even though I was not aloud to make an appointment. They can't keep their word about anything. They close whenever they want and the doctors and receptionists are rarley seen anywhere when you walk in. Warman has much better doctors and much better receptionists. They even know when they open and close!!

Dr. Okunola was very informative and very helpful. He seemed to really care for my concerns and I was able to receive an ultrasound and receive a diagnosis not even 24 hours after my appointment. Would 10/10 recommend.

I absolutely love this clinic and my doctor is amazing as well as every doctor I have seen. Today however ; I called I have a nassle infection a bad one. She told me to call back at 5 and book an online appointment. Call back? Can't they just put you on the list? How does that make sense. Then my foster daughter has a cyst in her ear lope and I said she will need a doctor's appointment. I said okay then can I book one? She said it has to be with your doctor. I said okay She said next appointment I March I said okay let's book one Oh. I can't I don't have a schedule. I have absolutely never had a problem trying to get a hold of a doctor but now it is call back to call back to book a call appointment ( which is fine) but then if the doctor wants to see you ,you can see the on call doctor but if you want to boom an appointment you have to see your own doctor that does have bookings till March but can't book because they don't have a schedule.. it is very confusing

Terrible place. More concerned about their weekends than their patients. Wife tried to book an appointment on Friday afternoon after she gets off work at 430pm. They were more concerned with being off at 5pm then seeing anymore patients.

Doctors here care about the patients and don't chase them out the door just to get to the next patient. They take their time to listen and answer all questions. Sometimes this creates a bit of a wait time but it's worth it.

The worse place I have ever been to. Have no choice at the moment !!! all it is about is money keep going back just to fill prescriptions what a waste something I have taken for many years!!!! And still waiting to see a specialist since January because they sent off to the wrong specialist. I hate even the thought of making an appointment to see them!!!! Not happy

Dr. Matthew Wong is the best doctor I've ever had. He actually listened to me and asked follow up questions. He's the first doctor that's ever made me feel comfortable enough to actually discuss my health with, and he's not in a hurry to rush you out the door. The office is clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The clinic itself is easy to miss if you haven't been there before, so give yourself a little extra time when going.

Took my 5 year old to the walk-in on Wednesday evening (March 4th). I asked specifically for him to check her ears and throat. He said her ears were fine and her throat was red, said she had the flu, and sent us on our way. At about 2am this morning, my 5 year old woke up crying and saying that her ear really hurt. Then when she woke up for the day, her pillow was wet with yellow waxy discharge from her ear. My husband took her to a different walk-in, they said her ear drum ruptured and her throat is infected. Now she is getting antibiotics. This is not the first time this has happened with this doctor. When my youngest was about a year and half, we saw the same doctor for a walk-in, he said his ears were fine, but insisted I run him in to the pediatric emerg for other symptoms he was having. Turns out, he had an ear infection also and only needed amoxicillin. Probably will just go to Warman from now on...not super impressed at all...

Our whole family go to Dr. Wong and he is fantastic! We have had other family physician before by Dr. Wong is the best we've ever had. Sincerely listens and works with us to address our health concerns, provides options, recommendations, and path forward. He is very approachable and easy to speak with, never rushes us.

I was given different information 3 times when trying to set up a walk in appointment, then had to wait till 9pm for the doctor to call me. Get an appointment set up for some fairly serious symptoms, to get turned away when it gets to my appointment because of the cough I've had for years. Zero other covid related symptoms, and explained that I've had the light cough since long before covid, but apparently having a symptom that goes with everything for a cold to lung cancer bars me from getting symptoms checked out that have me concerned for my life.

I’ve been going to this clinic for as long as it’s been open, and my family and I have been seeing Dr. Adamus and Dr. Wong and on occasion Dr. Walker. The doctors Here are very very good, I cannot stress enough how competent and amazing these Doctors are. Dr. Adamus especially is not only an amazing doctor, but an amazing person, she cares and genuinely loves her patients and in my experience she has gone above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this clinic. The receptionist Holly and the team are absolutely amazing. If I can give more than 5 stars I would!!! Excellent!!
