Adrianne is so helpful and inclusive in her work! After a few mobility tests we diagnosed what has been up with my shoulder and she gave me a few exercises and manual adjustments that I can do inside and outside of my yoga practice. Dr. Linka was very kind & compassionate. She provided a comfortable environment for me to discuss my concern and did a thorough assessment. She was excellent at explaining to me the problem and how a chiropractic adjustment would help. She explained everything before each adjustment, constantly checking in to see if I was ok. She made me feel safe. 24 hours after my adjustment I'm feeling much better and am looking forward to working with her to heal this and work proactively to prevent further issues. I look forward to her addition to my healthcare team. I highly recommend her.
