I have been coming to M2M for a number of years and have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, understanding and accommodating! When I first started, I was walking backwards down the stairs because of the pain in my knees. I am now able to walk normally down stairs and am able to participate in all the sports activities that I love including: downhill skiing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, biking and walking. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get back on their feet after an injury or who just wants to ensure that they have total body conditioning that will allow them to live a full life into those senior years!

Brad has no idea what he's doing. Went there 3 times for a shoulder problem and he didn't even properly touch me or diagnose me. The last straw for me when he passed me to an intern to put me on those TENS machines for 30 mins . Like dude.. I have Dr. HO at home.. saw absolutely no improvement.. I know some problems take longer but it's the initial diagnosis and effort that will make me want to come back. I realized how incompetent he was until I went somehwere else with proper knowledge and now my shoulder is improving after only 2 sessions. Soo dissatisfied with the waste of time and the pain that I was living with.

June 20th, 2018: 4 Stars A stark change in behaviour by the administration staff, I was very impressed. Doctor and administration was lovely. June 18th, 2018: 3 Stars A day after leaving my previous review, I was contacted by their customer support team. Today they called me and apologized profusely for the administration team's behaviour, and I was told that all the administration was pulled aside and talked to about their behaviour. They then told me my next appointment was being covered and that they were grateful I was staying with their doctor dispite the bad experience. I will update with my experience with their administration staff the next time I go in. Something can be said for their public relations work. Very kind. June 13th, 2018: 2 Stars Unfortunately horrible administration staff given the excellence of the actual physiotherapist I saw, Dr. Avik. They threw forms and payment machines at us all while speaking in rapid fire. This is also while knowing I was a concusion patient. I was so confused by what they were asking us for and what the forms were for. The actual Doctor, however, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He kept telling me I was doing great and gave us clear and solid information about the process.

George Yuan is the king. I went to George in constant, daily, back pain from a herniated disc in my back/neck...over the course of a couple months, he helped me with patience and compassion and always kept me motivated to keep up on the rehab. its never going to be perfect but he's gotten me to a place where the pain is almost all but gone, i have my workout routine back and im not constantly distracted by pain. Cannot recommend him enough, 10/5 stars.

Being a patient here, everyone here is really nice and welcoming. You could strike a conversation with most of anyone there even fellow patients. The physician benches there on the right side of the patient room (all one big room) have curtains so if you want to be private you can but, the physician offices there are the most private (as they are secluded rooms) but are only for the first day to be examined. (In my personal experience) So overall good place to go.

My older son had visited this location for physio (sever's disease). Ivanka was outstanding! She was extremely knowledgable, confident about her assessment & treatment plan, patient with my son about explaining the injury & exercises. She engaged him well and was able to solicit good feedback from him about weekly improvements in his condition. The staff were always friendly. The facility is clean & has lots of natural light which we loved! Parking was ample & free. The long clinic hours made it easy for me to get an appointment! Thanks Ivanka!

He is the one that keeps me moving and pain free, without his extensive knowledge and treatments, I don't think I'd be still walking. Raphael Soares was AWESOME!! I rolled my ankle on August 6th. By Friday August 14th my foot was cold and looking blue from not using it for a week. I decided to visit Sports Medicine and Raphie took a look at it and told me my ankle was not that bad. My Family Doctor advised me over the phone to keep off my foot for 2 weeks. Raphie had me putting weight on it my first visit. He gave me the confidence to believe it would not get worse. I am now golfing and playing hockey because of Raphie's exercises and stretches he provided me. I thought for sure I was going to be in rehab for 4-6 weeks. Raphie had me putting weight on my ankle after only a week of treatments. Thanks Raphie!!! Cheers.

I have been going to this place off and on for 10 years, whenever I throw out my back, have knee pain, or when I broke my ankle. My 12 year old daughter has also attended with success. In early November, I began feeling severe lower back pain. To say the least, it was very tough for me to bend down and put my socks on. I wasn't sure how it started or what caused it, but it nearly put a stop to some of my day to day activities. I live a very active life style, so I was hoping to get some quick help. I was referred to see a Physiotherapist at Sports Med and was seen almost right away! At Sports Med, I was seen by Bentzen Takyi. Bentzen had me back on my feet and feeling less pain in no time! He really took the time to find the root of the problem and teach me ways that I could help myself heal from home too. The team was kind, courteous and worked together WITH Alex to make him better. What impressed us the most is that they had the ability to break down and explain the injury and care plan in “adult” terms but also in ways that a 13 year old would understand. Very impressed!

This is the third time I have used Sport Medicine. First time was for a shoulder, second was a knee replacement and this time was a hip replacement. My quality of life has been so improved since the operation, but the rehab from Raff,Adam and most of all Julie. Raff and Adam where great working with me and getting me on track, but Julie was the one who push me to get the most out of my rehab. Working with me two times a week, always there with a encouraging words and working on my technique to get the most out of me. I am able to go on hikes with my family now, do day to day chores and will be returning back to work next week because of all the help I received. Can’t say enough for these three people. Admin staff is terrible as noted in other reviews. Got a referral. Was called back and given and appointment time. However I was provided with a false address. When I arrived to another business to find the mistake, i the clinic called back. Their response was "oops. We will get you in later this week". Time is not free. I'll find another clinic. Can't say anything about the therapists, couldn't get a proper appointment to see one. Shop around before going here.

I have been a long time patient of Sports Medicine because of their professionalism and expertise with treating my sports injuries. The reception staff greets you with a smile and addresses you by name. I feel welcome every time I visit the clinic and when I leave I am offered a sincere good bye. I recently had an issue with my insurance provider refusing to pay for services rendered. This was an error on the part of my insurance provider, but I still owed over one thousand dollars for treatments. Bonnie at reception took carriage of my file and was amazingly understanding and patient while I rectified the issue with my insurer. Bonnie made me feel like I was a valued client despite having an outstanding balance for over two months. I felt embarrassed by what my insurance company put me through but at no time did Sports Medicine make me feel anything but welcome by working with me. The situation has been rectified and my family and I continue to attend the clinic receiving the best physiotherapy service in the business. Ivanka and Kelly H are our therapists at the clinic and they make every visit an enjoyable and educational one. They take the time to explain every step in treating our conditions and injuries so we understand what is happening and how to best resolve our complaints. I have recommended many family and friends to use Sports Medicine for their injuries and medical conditions and am thanked over and over for the amazing experiences they have. I have used Eagle Ridge for two injuries now. The Staff are TOP NOTCH! My Physiotherapist is Tanay. He takes the time to explain things clearly to me. He listens very well. The office staff Bonnie, Chelsea, Kenzie, & all the other ladies are VERY friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They assist with completing paperwork and the online claim process is easy. Brad is my chiropractor. Has been for years since 2018 when i was in a MVA he took care of that but as my back pain worsened he told me to see my dr. Had xrays then a MRI to find out i had a severe form of splondylothisis. Brad continued with me right up until that wouldn't benefit me. 5 days ago i finally got decompression surgery with instrumentation. Without Brad i would not be on the road to recovery. The entire team i trust at the Huronia clinic in Barrie. They treated my husbands tennis elbow and my sons sprain to get him back on the basketball court. These guys are amazing and focus on the whole body and mindy philosophy without robbing you blind. I will be seeing seeing you soon for my rehab.

Facilities are very clean and adhere to COVID Protocols. Staff are very friendly and very easy and efficient to book appointments. Have had to use Massage therapy for relaxation and treatment of muscle and joint pain, Chiropractic Services for pulled muscles and back pain, and The Physiotherapists for an injured shoulder. I found all treatments extremely helpful as well as the take home advice for self treatment. Overall I highly recommend these services.

I appreciate all the measures put in place for our protection during these times. Appointments are being spaced so there are minimal people in the waiting area. I seen the immediate cleaning of all areas being used. The physiotherapists are very informative and they make sure you understand why they are doing what they do to you. I have been a client for various injuries in the past. I have experienced 6 or 7 different therapists and have never had a reason to complain about a negative experience.
