Deborah is a very knowledgeable and skilled physiotherapist. She is an athlete herself, and understands the drive to be pain-free, to be as active as you want to be, and be ready for anything daily life throws at you. Her diagnostic skills are great. She will listen carefully to what you can tell her about your issue, and she will then take the time to do a thorough full-body assessment to ensure an accurate diagnosis. She is good at figuring out the root cause of pain, and helping correct movement patterns and body alignment to get rid of the pain and restore function. She uses targeted and efficient manipulations, and gives specific and achievable home exercises. She is also skilled at dry needling (IMS). I went to her once with a completely seized neck and upper trap on my left side, and she got me back moving and pretty much pain-free in one emergency session of needling. I have been to many physios, having always been active and lived in a lot of different places, and Deborah is one of the best I have been to. I recommend her to everyone who asks me if I know a good physio.

Mariko has great technique and able to give me a deep tissue massage with enough pressure for my preference.
