I got lucky enough to work with both Jenna for a running analysis and Catherine for a bike fit during the Thrive festival in Canmore. Jenna took me from a clunky beginner runner to a much smoother, more comfortable beginner runner with just a few quick tips, few easy exercises and a video break down of before and after tempo correction. Catherine set me up on my road bike by making small adjustments to seat positioning and recommended a stem that put me in a more comfortable position that I wasn't even really aware I needed until everything was adjusted. Waaayy better now! Super stoked! Thanks a ton to both. I will definitely be seeing these guys sometime in the future as I progress, hopefully not because of some sort of unrelated injuries, but if so, I know I'd be in capable hands. Cheers
