First time going to this clinic I knew I'd found a place where I'd be able to get help for my severe tennis elbow. I saw Steve and was impressed by his knowledge and approach to resolving my injuries. He took the time to do a thorough assessment and then came up with a treatment. plan It was clear he wasn't looking to keep me as a client longer than necessary. I've been to other places where that's not the case. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful and made it easy to change appointments when I needed to. Hands down the BEST! I first saw Steve a couple years back and he was great as was his staff. I followed up with massage from Eason who is great and knows his stuff! I could walk in there feeling dizzy, spaced out, sore, fatigued from pain and leave 2 hours later a new person! Now a couple years later I go back in for some additional issues and I see Anup who is new to me but a great physiotherapist. He was thorough and explained all the issues and treatment plan. Recommending Zenith to all my friends and family - if you want to get better and have good pain management from non-curable ailments (ie. arthritis) this is the place to go!

After ankle fusion surgery and 3.5 months of inactivity because of being in a cast I had severe pain and swelling when I started walking with crutches. We were visiting our daughter and her family in Airdrie and her husband called Zenith for me. When he explained my situation they were willing to see me the next morning. The courteous receptionist was efficient as she greeted us and gathered the information she needed. Steve was pleasant and very helpful during the first session and suggested exercises that have helped with getting back on both my feet! He was willing to set up another appointment a few days later which helped a lot as well. Living in Northern Alberta one is so surprised by this type of service, so thanks very much to all of you at Zenith Physiotherapy. I am eagerly waiting for our next visit to Airdrie for my next session; but also to see our two year old granddaughter!

Big shout out, this clinic is awesome!! They are kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. They made my physio journey manageable and actually enjoyable. I had the most incredible experience. When I first started physio, I was very nervous due to the pain I was in after total knee replacement. After meeting the team here at Zenith, they made me feel at ease, from walking in the door to Tin Tin’s infectious smile and bubbly personality to being welcomed by Steve and Anup. Dr Steve, Tin Tin, Anup and Eason are amazing. Anup was my physio therapist and explained everything to me about how the treatment would go. He took great care in treating my knee and helping me through the entire 7 month process. I’m very grateful for his time, energy and care. FYI: reception was helpful with booking times and completing paperwork for direct or indirect billing. I was greeted with a smile each time I used the services required. The Physiotherapist was professional, listened to my concerns detailing my injury and formulated a progressive pain management regiment that progressed into a mobility regiment and finally a strengthening regiment. Should you need a Physiotherapist in the future I recommend Anju Menom with Zenith Physiotherapy.

Zenith was awesome. They got me in the day after my car accident to start treatment even before insurance paperwork was done. The staff is friendly and actually takes the time to know who you are which I think is huge, you are treated as a person not just a number. They go through a number of different treatments and stretches which they actually explain what they are doing and how it will help you recover. Over all I cant stress how happy I have been with my care and 100% recomend them.

Where to start...I started coming to this clinic for massages with Bethany. Right off the bat I was impressed!! She took care of what was bothering me and provided me with easy non time consuming home care exercises. I was so impressed with her knowledge and kindness I booked my appointments until the end of the year. An amazing RMT!! I think I would be lost without her :) The front of house staff (Ace and Tin Tin), I have never felt so welcome anywhere ever!! Always smiling, willing to help, have a visit etc.! You just don't see this kind of customer service anymore, it's so refreshing every time I come in! Finally, I came in for insane right shoulder pain (I skipped the doctor because of the care I already was receiving here). I set up an appointment on short notice to see Steve for physiotherapy. He not only listened to what was bothering me but heard what I had to say! Then he proceed to explain to me how the problem came to be, even brought in a model shoulder so I would really understand then we got started on treatment. I was hooked! After a fair amount of treatments it's like I never hurt it in the first place. Can't forget about Lorraine (Physio Assistant) she is amazing, friendly and will get you laughing. Amazing woman! If you are looking for amazing customer service, top notch treatments and just a wonderful place where everyone remembers your name you NEED to come here!! I can't thank you all enough!! You work so hard and it truly shows!

I had tried another physiotherapist from a different clinic. Nice guy, gave me some useful exercises. But I thought I'd try Zenith just to see if it offered any better an experience. I immediately noticed that Kash had a very different approach. He's a great communicator. In our very first session he explained what the problem was and outlined the program of sessions that he wanted to take me through to fix it. Turns out it was probably much the same program the other guy would have put me through. But because that other guy never explained what he was up to, I left at a point that made sense to me but probably well before he was done doing what he had planned to do. With Kash, by contrast, I knew why I needed to hang in there for more sessions. Add to that the fact that Kash is a very personable guy, with a good sense of humour, and it was easy for me to give a 5-star rating.

I had to see my podiatrist about my left foot swelling a lot and in pain. Ultrasound showed damage to tendons and ligaments and also other damage. Podiatrist suggested physiotherapy for the ankle. Had an Assessment with Mahemud Chudesara. He said physiotherapy could help. So I started treatment. Gradually it started to help the ankle feel better. Working on it has bought down the swelling. I began meeting with Dr. Mahemud in mid November and just had my last session today, January1 2021. Dr. Mahemud was very professional and helped me with the problem I had with a torn tendon affecting the rotator cuff in my right shoulder. My range of motion is greatly increased. He was very patient with me and helped me through the exercises I needed to do. Any time I wasn't sure of how to do them properly, he would spend the time to guide me through them. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. The front staff were excellent as well. They were very friendly and always acknowledged me when I entered and when I completed each session. My husband and I have been going there for few years now. For the past two years, I went in to treat my lower back and neck pain. Both treatments done by Steve (Physiotherapist) were 100% effective and my healing was quick ( less than 4 weeks). This time, I went in two weeks ago for unbearable left shoulder pain and could hardly use my left arm for minimal ADL activities. After the first 3 sessions with Anup (Physiotherapist), I was already feeling much better. I am at the end of my treatment which took 4 weeks only. I was given reference from my husband to come here for the Physio I needed. So glad I did. Sarah at the front desk is so nice and friendly, and helpful! Mahemud who helped with my elbow for 4 weeks was amazing. He was easy to talk to, knew what he was doing and helped so much! I went in being not able to bend or straighten my arm and lots of pain, to full movement with only pain every once in a while. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

I got greeted by name every visit by the very friendly receptionists I have had two spinal surgery where I received titanium discs and fusion of the vertebrae. After the first surgery I was treated by Steve for the second surgery I was treated by Anup both therapists were excellent. It was a very long road to recovery but with the therapist help I feel 90% better. I received several stretches which helped me recover. I also received several massages from Bethany which helped with my recovery. Thanks for the great service! 2019-My experience at Zenith was great. I was suffering from plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, and bone spur all in my right foot. Before I went to Zenith, I did 6 weeks of athletic therapy and another 6 weeks of shockwave therapy somewhere else. I also saw a sports doctor that suggested a painful surgery which would require me to be off work for 2 weeks but I wanted to avoid that if possible. My foot, ankle, and achilles tendon pain was so bad that I could hardly walk and it was causing issues in my other foot as well. Then I met Steve at Zenith Physio. He combined 3 different treatments into each session for me and treated both feet. I recently finished the treatment plan and I’m very happy with the outcome. In my opinion, Steve is one of a kind and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent care and treatment.

I was suffering from Chronic lower back and hip pain for 4 years. I spent the majority of those 4 years hemorrhaging money and cycling between Chiropractors, Acupuncture, Massage therapy (with Graston sessions), Neurokinetic Therapy, Yoga and lastly an Osteopath who seemed to help the most but felt like I was spinning my wheels most of the time as it was only 1-3 days or so before I was sore again. I would spend the majority of my nights stretching, laying on the foam roller or PSO-RITE trying to release some tension and still be uncomfortable in a sitting position and would be in pain. It often felt like bone on bone jamming, and needed that 'crack' of the lower back to release some tension. I was extremely pessimistic on my first Visit with Steve and the Zenith team as nothing seemed to be able to fix me until this point. Steve is very knowledgeable and provided an assessment, dry needled, and sent me home with some twice daily exercises and said as long as I follow his guidelines I should be pain free and better in 4-6 weeks. Steve advised of the treatment plan for this 4-6 weeks which included 2 visits the first and second week followed by weekly visits after, then a follow up 1 month visit. I am now nearing the one month mark and aside from general muscle tightness I feel mobile and pain free. The weird part now is getting over the habit of feeling the need to foam roll etc just to feel some temporary relief. The Clinic is very clean and well maintained, the front desk crew is very polite and helpful in getting your next few treatments booked in to be sure you get a spot and its a great price for the service you receive. I am very grateful I found Steve and the Zenith team. I highly recommend Zenith.

I started a post but it disappeared so here I go again. I suffered a whiplash injury at Hockey just prior to the Covid-19 shutdown. So when the Clinic opened i was there first day. I was greeted by Tin Tim at reception and the process was explained and I was booked in for an assessment the next day. I then met with Anupkumar who assessed me and started treatment that day. I was given stretching exercises to do at home and a time frame for recovery. I am a Competitive Development Track Coach and know the importance of getting on injuries right away. So I followed all instructions and results were as predicted. After a few weeks I now have full movement. Thank you to Zenith Physio. Competent and Friendly people to deal with.
