Highly recommend for Physio Therapy and Massage. I have been going here since my accident back in March. When you walk in Mary is so friendly and greats us with such professionalism. She is great communicating with my daughter who attends all my sessions and makes her laugh. Kinjal has been treating me for the past 5 months and she's been amazing. She listens to what is bothering me and focus on those areas while still treating the other areas of issues. We work on treatments together to help the areas of constant pain. Prakash has been assisting me with my TMJ and Neck Pain, he works wonders with the Dry Needling that helps relieve the tension headaches I have been getting since my accident. Sandhiya is amazing for massage, he really works those areas that are sore. He has worked miracles on my back and most recently working out the issues in my IT Band area. He is always so professional and will check to see if the pressure should be increased or decreased. He really does know how make someone feel relaxed

Dr. Karan is amazing, I was very skeptical about physio, but i had peace of mind after my visit visit to Care First Medical. I have a back injury from working and I'm currently on the road to recovery, my full treatment will be over the course of 6weeks, but I'm 2 and a half weeks in and feel great. I just wanna say that Paola (the massage therapist) might be my favourite person in the world lol . She never disappoints, listen to exactly what I need and gives me the best massages ALWAYS. Very consistent with her service. She does cupping, hot towel and hot stones included in the price which at other places was always extra. I personally recommend her to every single person I know, even stranger online. The staff is very sweet and welcoming. Very lovely experience over all. She also caters to kids and my 11 years old daughter loves her and from now on she will always go there. I highly recommend. I’ve been here 3 times already and my daughter once. Prakash has been a life saver! I came to him a few weeks ago with a pinched nerve in my neck/back/arm.I was in so much pain and it was affecting everything I did. He has been working with me a couple times a week and I have gotten so much relief in that time. I really enjoy that he does so many treatments (stretches, TENs, cupping, IMS, ultrasound, etc.). I received physiotherapy from Prakash for nearly two months from December 2019-February 2020. I had been in a big car accident and was hoping physiotherapy would ease the aches I was experiencing. Prakash was patient, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I left, my back and muscles felt relaxed to the extent where I had long-term benefits from these sessions. Mary is the first person you talk to when you enter the building. She always is smiling , professional, warm and caring. She is very accommodating with ever need. Highly recommend them! My physiotherapist, Ahmad, is really knowledgeable and his assessment is very thorough. He knows what's going on with my body, which gives me a big relief. The treatment for me is definitely working. When I try new exercises and stretches every session, he takes time to make sure that I'm doing them right. I love that! The massage therapist, Kulbir, is amazing! One of the best massages I've ever had!! I've never seen anybody else who can massage and work on the sore areas without giving me a pain! Every touch was on the right spot! Her massage is so relaxing and therapeutic at the same time!! And the super friendly and reliable receptionist makes me feel always welcome!

I had severe sciatica to the point where I couldn’t walk, sit or stand. No good on an for an average month, however with a two week old baby, a two year boy and a wife who was still recovering from a c section, I couldn’t do the things I was supposed to do as a husband or father. Karan helped me in a tremendous way, got to the cause of it and treated it in a very professional manner. All the staff are amazing and very accommodating. Last week I injured my back quite badly where I ended up in the Urgent Care Unit. My wife suggested I see the Revital Health Clinic in Airdrie as she is already a patient. I booked an appointment and I was assigned to Karan Jani. My first impressions when walking into the clinic was very pleasant. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. When I was assigned a bed I was in such bad shape I couldn’t even take off my boots. The Receptionist saw that I was struggling and didn’t hesitate to assist me. When I got to see PT. Jani, he was very welcoming and caring. He was very soft spoken and kind. He is extremely professional and always asks if it is OK to proceed with a task he would like to do. As you can imagine, dealing with a body injury and a Therapist, there is going to be hands on work that is required. Once again, Karan Jani always asked and let me know what he was doing. Not once did I ever feel like I was in an uncomfortable state. I felt completely safe in his hands. When he did the assessment on me he knew exactly where to target the treatment with the equipment they have there and the stretches you are assigned to do at home. Seeing the Physiotherapist I was not expecting to have this treated in just one visit. I knew moving forward it will be a few visits. A few visits in, I feel fantastic with the progress I have made thanks to Karan Jani. He was always honest with me and made me feel comfortable in making the decision on returning to work. I trust this man fully with what he does. I know moving forward I will be attending this clinic for any future bodily issues that arise and with getting older, I know something is bound to go on me. Thank you for getting me back on my feet. I am very grateful for what you have done for me.

Mr.Prakash Patel has helped me with my initial injury I went to see him for. He made such progress with my ankle that I asked if he could take a look at my wrists and back which agitated me for years. After a few treatments I no longer have any pain in all 3 areas. I have been suffering with foot pain for Planters Facitis for almost 2 years now. Off and on. I have seen many specialist and doctors and all never help. My first appointment here i was super nervous but at the same time I was hoping for pain relieve. The doctor spent 1 hour and 45 minutes with me trying therapy after therapy to help me. I haven't felt so good in almost 2.5 years. I will continue to go here and send anyone I know who has foot pain to them. Best place I have been too. Plus the staff were amazing!!!

Prakash Patel was able to properly diagnose me, help relieve some of the pain and give me exercises to do at home. With only 4 appointments once a week, I was able to run my race and finish well.
