DESCRIPTION

You will be able to see the opinions of real people who consumed the products and services of Pivotal Physiotherapy - Fort Saskatchewan (Physiotherapist) in the area of Alberta (Canada).

Nowadays the business has a score of 4.7 stars over 5 and the score has been calculated on 63 reviews.

You must have seen that its rating is practically the top, and it's based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we may think that the valuation is very credible. If people have bothered to leave their score when they've done well with the business, it works.

As you know, we do not usually bother to place scores when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...

REVIEWS OF Pivotal Physiotherapy - Fort Saskatchewan IN Alberta

I went for a shoulder/arm injury caused by an issue in my spine. Common apparently but very limiting and painful. The therapist managed to remedy the injury through corrective exercises. She was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding and gentle. The staff are incredible and kind. Appointments were easy to get and without a long period of waiting. I am very grateful for the treatments for my injury. My life is much better now because of the aid.

My experience at Pivotal has been excellent. Went in for knee pain and hip tightness (that massage and stretching alone was not curing). I met with Kaila, she did her assessment, decided to do IMS and the knee pain and hip mobility has been recovering beautifully. After just three sessions the pain has subsided significantly. Kaila is professional and fun to talk with. Highly recommend!

This is the highest recommendation that I can give for any professional that I have ever reviewed. Craig Wilson from Pivotal Physiotherapy is simply a miracle worker. Last November, I sustained a serious yoga injury where I was unable to straighten my left arm. After visits to a physician and multiple x rays and powerful drugs, the physician indicated that I may have to be referred to an orthopedic surgeon. I then set up an appointment on my own with Craig Wilson, bypassing the Alberta health care and paying the $100 consultation fee myself. The service I received was outstanding and healing of my injury was dramatic. First of all, the receptionist was extremely friendly and professional. I could not help but notice the international awards and outstanding qualifications of Craig that were displayed on the walls. The appointment was in excess of 2 hours. First was the examination from Craig on the injury. My arm was moved around, massaged, and an appropriate treatment plan was set up (Craig already had access to the x rays) I was then given an electro therapy treatment and monitored by one of the many staff that were highly professional, knowledgeable, and made the visit very enjoyable and personable. This was followed by a multiple array of exercises I was guided through by the staff for the next 45 minutes. I was then moved to another examining table and Craig carefully examined the injury, massaged it, and then recommended a further treatment; acupuncture. I was very surprised that not only was Craig qualified to perform this technique, but also was able to perform the treatment during this initial appointment. I was then given exercises that I had to perform during the week to strengthen my elbow. The following week I had one more treatment and the injury was healed!! When I went to pay for the second treatment, I was expecting to be billed extra for the initial consultation but to my surprise found out that it was included in the consultation. I don't know how i can ever thank Craig with Pivotal Physiotherapy enough for the amazing service that I received. But what I will do is tell everybody I know just what an amazing talented resource that we have right here in our city.

Great help here when I had my back broke

I’m only giving a three star because even though the Therapy was excellent, when they cleaned the beds they sprayed them down and didn’t even let the Solution Stay on the surface for 30 seconds. I’ve had infection control training and I know for a fact that the minimum time would be two minutes but it’s usually a 20 minute time Depending on the solution that is used. I know of no solution on the market that is used in disinfection for equipment or services that is under a two minute time. These solutions need to. Remain on the surface to disinfect properly.

Awesome people. Buron and Pat are awesome. And Yoshi is awesome also. Can't recommend them enough

They are very knowledgeable and that’s why they received a star, however the receptionists are not very kind. Judgmental and difficult to make appointments with. Would not recommend going here as they act entitled and very rude from the minute you enter

After about 10 years with orthotics, Lynsey Pasloski prescribed a set of exercises that have really changed my life! My goal was to be able to go to a pool and walk barefoot from the change room to the water without discomfort. I got more than that. Yesterday I walked 2/3 of a kilometer BAREFOOT. I only put on my shoes because the pebbles were starting to hurt my tender feet. Now I'm able to wear sandals for the first time since I was a kid. Thanks Lynsey!

First of all I would like to say that I felt like I was entering Fort Knox. Yes I was forewarned that I would have to call before entering and answer some questions. However upon arrival there was a sign saying I had to call but no phone number? Ok so a suggestion.. Put Ur phone number on the sign? Then I was asked to fill out the forms which I did and then told how much so I get my wallet and hand her 100.00. "I'm sorry we do not accept cash, debit or credit only" I only had cash. Nowhere on their door or in the initla phone conversation was I told they were not accepting cash. In my opinion this is an acceptable form of payment and should never be not accepted. However some forewarning should be given. I completely wasted my time this morning rushing there filling out forms. I could have booked somewhere else. I'm having shoulder pain and now I'm going to have to rebook somewhere else and who knows how long I will have to wait with only a certain amount of time left this year to use the benefits. If I could give no stars I would. I have never given a bad review to any business before and I'm sorry but I Beleive the public needs a warning since they didn't deliver one themselves. I wasn't even given an apology. All I was given was a Wierd look "you don't have a debit card or credit card you can use?". Not like those wouldn't be potentially fingerprinted and dirty also. My fiancé had given me the money as a gift to get this done. Pretty sad.
