I’ve had the pleasure of attending Lifemark at Genesis place for the past 8 weeks. While I initially chose this location after a my doctor recommended it. I also chose it for convenience, and free parking. I have to say the staff here are all top notch and genuinely care about your recovery. Jason and the rest of the team identified my needs right away and helped me to understand a rehabilitation program that would work for me. Did I have aches and pains after some sessions? You bet I did, but it is called rehab for a reason. Bottom line when I came they knew my name every time, treated me like I actually mattered, not like an profit source. After 8 weeks I’m back to where I was before I got hurt. Highly recommend the team here at Genisis Place in Airdrie. I do recommend however that you book your entire therapy dates right off the bat as it is a busy clinic and you will have to adjust your schedule to meet their availability.

I have been going here for a few weeks now for a wrist/arm injury and the staff is always very pleasant and helpful. They have great operating hours so you can go for an appt early in the morning or in the evening which is great if you have to work during the day. They're also open weekends!

I got in to see Ali, he was so kind and gentle. He treated me like a real person who was injured not like just someone who is paying to get help. He went through everything so thoroughly. He asked what had happened, wrote down a lot of notes and went through a series of tests. He even grabbed a model of the ankle and explained what happened in my foot, why I was in an aircast, what to expect and what our course of action was going to be. He was so conscious of my pain level and never tried to push me to be in pain. I had previously seen another physiotherapist at another business and I left there feeling defeated, in pain and like what my doctor had said was false. I was nervous to see Ali after this bad experience but he exceeded anything I could have ever expected. If you're seeking medical attention and rehab, ask for Ali, you wont be disappointed.

I continue to come to this location despite competitors being closer. This is a great team that is focused on a whole patient approach. For example, when going for a massage, the RMT works to connect their work with that of the physiotherapist to facilitate appropriate synergies. I strongly recommend booking with Ryan Keeping as your physio therapist. He tailors his approach to your specific complaint. I never felt like I was getting "general exercises", but instead he gives treatment with intention. I also strongly recommend Jen Nodwell as an RMT. What a great team!

Often we come in and are told what to do for that session and then don't see the physio therapist again or until we're on the way out the door. This can be a good thing and a bad thing-- good if you're self sufficient enough to know what to do, bad if you're lost like we were. All the staff are incredibly friendly and with a little conversation they are more than willing to adjust to your needs

I have a a curved spin and neck. This is why i was referred here by my doctor. They did the exam ended up giving me a migraine because they were messing with my neck. Gave me some stretches to do that have nothing to do with ny back. That actually cause me alot of pain to do and sent me for hip xrays not back and neck xrays. And said well call in a month.

I went to this location after a car accident and Pradeep Kumar took excellent care of me. I always felt listened to and supported in regards to my care. His humour and relatability made it easy for me to feel safe opening up about my insecurities post accident. Pradeep is and excellent physiotherapist and I would 100% recommend him to anyone! While I feel like sometimes the surveys get a little much when I walk in the receptionists are always saying hello and very kind. He is very informative, personable and has a great bed side manner. The admin staff is welcoming, very helpful and knows her stuff. I came to Lifemark for help with an acute injury to my foot. I made an appointment with an available massage therapist using the easy online booking system. Upon arriving, the front desk staff at Lifemark was courteous, friendly and helpful. By luck, I booked with Jennifer, a massage therapist. Jennifer made an instant difference! She was very knowledgeable and so kind. The treatment plan was effective and I saw consistent improvement. Jennifer’s understanding of the injury and her treatment made such a difference for me! I had the pleasure of working with Roshan for two months and had shoulder impingement in my left shoulder and can happily say I have 0 discomfort. While I was sat in reception, waiting for my mother in her appointment, I was shocked and disappointed by the unprofessional behaviour of Dr Presley. He was in what I assume was his office behind the reception and was yelling out to his secretary/receptionist at the front desk and was shouting to her about a patient and even used curse words when describing his patient - I work in healthcare and swearing and shouting in a healthcare environment where patients and clients can hear you is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour for a medical professional!

Exhausted, frustrated and just downright cranky in general , I saw Dr. Presley and his team for a low lumbar/sacrum sports injury/nerve pain that I had been dealing with for over 8 months. What a difference for the 4th doctor I see to not suggest (1) pain or other chronic nerve pills, (2) I pay for a private MRI so we could “figure out” what to do further prior to the free MRI which I am on a year wait list for (side rant- what a joke our health care system is that a person has to wait a YEAR in pain for a MRI) or (3) more paramedical services over and above the many hours and thousands of dollars of massage, acupuncture, physio strength exercises, and chiropractors that I have spent to date. They didn’t provide me with a miracle fix but I wasn’t expecting one, and at least they were "no bullcrap" straight forward. I felt this guy gave me more useful information in the 15 minutes I saw him than anyone else yet. Good on you guys. Going forward I will know which route to go first. Just an update on this- 4 weeks after implementing Dr. Presley's suggestion (based on his best guess from the scans I did have on file), I was pain free. (and all it cost me was $200 to buy an inversion table from Kijiji). Hallelujah.

My sister and mom came there after her knee replacment she also has osteoarthitis and prosis cant get comfortable and ryan said your body laungage shows you dont want to be here when that wasnt the case at all. Shes very willing but in pain he also said they harrased the staff which is very untrue why go some where to get help and harass staff? They treat my mom so bad she cryed her whole treatment because of the way ryan talked to her. There isnt need to treat people in pain this way. We will not be returning and we will be contacting further up in managment and contacting the hip and knee clinic to not recommend people go to the airdrie locations after the way we were treated. I am writing this on behalf of my mom.
