My first time visit at Lifemark Physio was on November 29th and immediately when I entered the establishment, I felt welcomed. I was greeted by the lovely three receptionist who helped guide me through the process of getting the paperworks done as well as immediately booking my appointments for physio. The whole team at Lifemark have been extremely helpful for me and has aided me with my recovery from my car accident. Deepak, my Physiotherapist has acquired tons of knowledge and definitely knows what he is doing. He provides you with exercises and stretches to assist you with your recovery. Very kind and thoughtful individual who is always inquiring how you're feeling day in and day out. Ninoska, my massage therapist has done a tremendous job so far even though I've only gone to one appointment for massage. I felt like a brand new person after the massage and she did inform me that I will feel slight soreness on my back so I wouldn't be alarmed. Thank you everyone at Lifemark Physiotherapy. I will definitely recommend anyone to your establishment .

Ninoska Arce is a fantastic Massage Therapist at this clinic! I highly reccomend her as she is attentive and very aware of how to work with muscular issue relief. She also uses hot stones in to assist with deep massage and warming of the muscles, which has felt especially great during the winter months! She is also very pleasant and warm in her presence. Fantastic staff all around! The front counter staff are all very friendly and helpful, and really made my experience feel very personalized. I went to Lifemark Kingsway for physiotherapy and massage therapy services for a number of months. The physiotherapist that I saw, Kelsey, was absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and tailored my care to fit my individual needs. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a physiotherapist. She was excellent! The massage therapist that I saw, Jordyn, was just tremendous! She developed a plan of care and tailored it to my needs each week. She is very skilled and I can honestly say that I will have a difficult time ever going to any other massage therapist. I would certainly recommend her. If ever I need physiotherapy or massage therapy services in the future, I will definitely be going back to Lifemark Kingsway and would recommend to anyone to do the same.

Had been going for 3 months after a car accident caused bad back and neck pain and headaches. I worked with Sarah for my physio, as well as one appointment with Peter in her absence, and both were great to work with and helped with learning good exercises to help improve my flexibility and pain. I also received massage treatments with Jordyn and I very much liked that her massages were more therapeutic and rehab centered versus other massages I've gotten which never helped any back stiffness I would get. All of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and it made coming in for my weekly appointments that much more enjoyable. While I'm still experiencing mild pain here and there, I've seen a lot of improvement and I feel that I received excellent treatment and would recommend to others for physio and/or massage services

Everyone is so nice here and are being great about covid measures. I was worried about finding a physio place that had an AHS contract that I would like. From what I have researched the only physiotherapy clinics that have the contract are older clinics. This clinic exceeded all of my expectations and more. It definitely helps that the physiotherapist that helps me out is incredibly cute. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I have been attending this clinic over the past 3 months due to a car accident injury. Kaycee was assigned to my case and has been an excellent help throughout the process. I had never been to physio before, and she was very thorough in her assessment and explanation of what she was assessing. Her diagnosis was specific and communicated clearly to me. All of the exercises Kaycee taught me were tailored to my injury, my body's existing resilience and she reviewed them with me regularly to ensure I was utilizing them correctly. Kaycee is not only knowledgeable and well-educated in this field, but a friendly, caring, relaxed professional as well. She has consistently impressed me with her attention to detail in her ongoing treatments and assessments. She has been very helpful in teaching me ways to address my injury and has explored a variety of ways to support my treatment plan. I have been incredibly impressed by this clinic's flexibility with my occasional last-minute schedule changes and they have worked with me to ensure I can resume therapy quickly. The front desk staff are always friendly and easy to get a hold of, accommodating scheduling changes or appointment requests with ease. I have had a massage from Jessica as well at this clinic, who is a great mix of relaxation and corrective treatment. She is accommodating and checks in to ensure the massage is a good experience (ie. appropriate pressure, amount of conversation, etc). She also works closely with the physiotherapists, so she was well-briefed on my injuries and sensitive/painful areas. She easily located spots requiring particular attention, and was helpful in my overall treatment process. If you are someone who is worried about, are new to physiotherapy and/or has a lot of questions about the assessment/treatment process, this is a fantastic place to go. They will work with you to address concerns and teach you how to strengthen and heal your body. Highly recommend.

I go here cause it's close to my house. The massage therapist i see is not very good .... I need to keep a conversation going with her for the entire hour of my massage or else she will literally fall sleep as she massages me..... I wanna relax when I get a massage, I don't wanna to talk to the therapist. If the therapist can't even stay up if the client doesn't talk to her, she needs to be fired. I shouldn't have to keep talking to her to make sure she stays awake for my massage. I've been needing a massage but haven't gone in a few months now because I am tired of paying for the therapist to take a nap ...... UPDATE: I went back about 3 weeks after posting the review above. I got the feeling the massage therapist somehow knew about the review... She was very cold, practically rude to me..... And she still fell asleep. This was their last chance. Will not be returning.

After meeting with Waseem, I was advised that my muscles in legs and hips were so tense that they were pulling on my back muscles causing the pain. My sessions were very informative. I learnt how to stretch my legs and back to ease the tension pain and improve flexibility. Excellent work for only 3 sessions.

Geoff and the team here are fantastic!!! Customer service is top notch! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile and a hello. Geoff is very knowledgeable and skilled! I had injured my shoulder in the gym and at first I thought if i just let it rest and recover that it would be fine, but a month or two later it was still causing me pain. I went to the doc and turns out I needed physio. Geoff was recommended on Google Reviews, and I'm sure glad I asked to have him treat me. First of all he's super friendly and a nice guy. But more importantly, he was able to pinpoint the troubled areas immediately without me needing to guide him at all. From one treatment to the next, I could tell that this guy knew what he was doing. After every visit, I felt improvement! I also appreciated that he didn't waste my time. I showed up to my appointments and we got right to work so I could be in and out and get on with the rest of my day. With that said, I didn't feel rushed at all. He would listen if there were any concerns I had etc. I also felt like he wasn't just trying to earn business by prolonging visits. He set me up with what I needed and gave me 'homework' so that I could assist with my own recovery while I was at home or at work, and now I feel back to normal! :) Thanks so much Geoff!

I started to coming to Lifemark Kingsway after a car accident in August, and was assigned Waseem as my physio. Working with Waseem has been an absolute pleasure. He takes a lot of time to focus on the issues and re-asseses at the beginning of each session the status of your body before proceeding. He combines a number of techniques which I really appreciate, since in the past I was paying a lot of money to go to physio and just have heat put on. I feel a major difference in the two months I've been working with him. He also is great at seeing how the injury can affect other parts of the body and working on those parts as well. I really have confidence that if I continue physio with him I can go back to my training soon, and that I can avoid injury and chronic physical problems in my later years, since he's already told me that I have improved a lot since the first session. Not to mention the ladies who work the front desk are really pleasant and nice. They always remember me by my first name and are very accommodating as well.

This is my second time being treated from this clinic. My first one was way back in 2015 for my shoulder. This time around for my lower back. The front staff are very nice and friendly. I had Waseem as my physiotherapist. He has been very helpful. He has taken care of my treatment from start to finish. He has help me build up strength on my lower back. He also has showed me exercises. Overall my experience was great. Definitely a place to go to seek treatment. It’s a very convenient location as well.

I had my car accident on Nov. 30th, 2019. Lifemark Physiotherapy Kingsway is my clinic for my physio & some massages started January 02- October 21st,2020. My physiotherapist Hardeep Singh Virdi is very great & reliable staff @ this clinic. During my session with him he gave & helped me to do some exercises and put hot packed gel on my lower back that helped me felt good after my session. The tingling of my hand tip fingers were gone.. He gave me some equipments like ball, hot packed & some copies of exercises to do it at home.. Ninoska Arce my massage therapist here was very good too. As my experienced here @ Lifemark Physiotherapy Kingsway is really awesome. All staff are nice, my physiotherapist & massage therapist are very accountable & reliable. The clinic is clean. I was in a lot of pain in my back and neck but since attending my sessions with Mohamed Waseem I’ve been able to discontinue taking all the different pain medications the doctor gave me and being able to go about my days with minimal pain and discomfort. Have been coming here for years – first heard of the place when my family doctor referred me for vestibular treatment for dizziness… a physiotherapist named Laura (no longer there) did an assessment and a series of treatments, and that went well. At the same time, I noticed they offered massage therapy and decided to try Nino Arce; I’ve been her regular client ever since. This location is about a thirty-minute drive for me, so it’s not super convenient, but the quality of Nino’s work and her cheerful professionalism keep me coming back. The clinic director, Geoff, has also done physiotherapy for me and it’s pretty amazing how through his treatment and recommended exercises, he was able to help my body to return to pain-free normal function. I only have praise and compliments for the work of Geoff and Nino, and highly recommend their services.

I saw Rakesh, he properly diagnosed me with diastasis recti which was causing my lower back pain. I had to come here because i was in a really bad hit & run. My entire body was hurting and i had a 4 month old baby at the time. Harry is my physio therapist and he is awesome and very knowledgeable. He always answers my questions as to why we do things and how the muscles work and what happened to my muscles in the car accident. He also took into account that i was Post-partum and how that affected my muscles and body too. That is really thoughtful. The location is convenient for me and i’m 2 months into my treatment and i am starting to feel a lot better physically. We also have fun and joke around and it’s been a great experience overall. I was referred to LP Kingsway (one of multiple options) by my insurance company after an automobile accident (which wasn't my fault). Having never been through the Alberta MVA protocol process, my disposition was tentative. I was made to feel at ease, right from the start. Yuleng (office manager) provided advice/information on completing the required forms and booking appointments. I then met with Waseem (Physiotherapist) who asked pertinent questions about my physical situation then patiently listened to my responses, before establishing a lengthy/multiple visit rehabilitation program. Part of the prescribed actions included Jordyn (Massage Therapist) providing periodic sessions to complement the more strenuous physiotherapy ones. As a result, I would have no issues with referring someone to LP Kingsway.

Most of the staff are friendly, helpful, supportive and aid in your recovery. Go availablity for morning and evening hours. It's a bit clatered, equipment needs TLC, the notification system should be updated to include the weeks appointments and the reminder. I have been a client for 6months and have had issues with some front end staff. They lack respect of clients personal information and speak in a condescending manner and tone towards clients that had exited the building or were on the phone. Had spoken to one about the lack of respect and she hasn't taken it seriously. Hope that this improves.

I had an amazing physio experience right after my car accident but having to return my physio left the clinic and my current physio has been pretty unwelcoming and curt with me. It seems like even if the place is empty my physio doesnt have much interest in taking any time with me. She seems more anoyed at my existence then anything else. I also heard her and a coworker gossiping about my former physio which was incredibly unprofessional. So far (a few treatments in) she has given me nothing new; exercise or information wise. Most of the staff are lovely but due to this experience I'm going to be looking for a new clinic. Overall I would not recomend the clinic unless you got a physio specifically recommended to you.

I have some chronic conditions and injuries that have required me to have physiotherapy from time to time over the years. I saw the same therapist at Lifemark on Kingsway for many years until I moved out of the neighbourhood and also found out he was no longer there. A few weeks ago, after some procrastination and being in sometimes excrutiating back pain, I tried a new therapist in Clareview where I now live. She didn't listen to me, even rolled her eyes at me at one point. She had me try movements and stretches that aggravated the problem and left me in severe pain for 3 days after, even causing me to miss work one day. Still I gave her a second chance. She was late for the appointment and while I waited I could hear the staff arguing with each other. This appointment was no better than the first and I found myself just refusing to do what she suggested, knowing it wouldn't help. I finally decided to go back to Lifemark on Kingsway and had 4 sessions with Geoff. I knew from the first appointment that he was on the right track and those 4 treatments made a world of difference.
