I have been to other physios in the States and Canada, and the treatments here are superior. I smashed my wrist and spent 9 weeks in a cast. She had me moving my hand and wrist nearly normally with exercises and deep massage that decreased pain every treatment, after 6 weeks. She added balance exercises to prevent future falls. She is amazing, so friendly I was transferred here by WCB from another physiotherapist in millwoods where am had been going for several months with zero improvement. I went here for 7 months continuously, twice a week, $80 per visit and I have zero improvement in my injury. The 30-minute therapy session would relieve the pain temporarily, and would return quickly. Response to owner: Until 3 months into therapy with you, you didn't provide me with any exercises to do at home. My co-worker showed me an exercise as his wife had bursitis as well, and only after I showed you my progression since regularly complying with that exercise regimen, you gave me some take-home exercises. All of which I was compliant with. If you want to "go above and beyond to help [your] clients to achieve success in their recovery", then don't push clients away.

I have been going to Param for pain in my heels. When she checked me out she mentioned that I had a problem with my ankle and calves. Rightly so, after she treated me my restless leg syndrome vanished. My ankles feel so much more flexible and light. My heel pain is almost gone. She used massage, shockwaves and ultra sound to cure me. Dr Param is no doubt is the best physiotherapist I have met so far. Both my spouse and I were fortunate to have discovered Parm, the warm, wonderful knowledgeable physiotherapist at this location. Her staff are pleasant and competent and the atmosphere of her business is warm and welcoming. Covid rules are carefully followed and sanitation of equipment is of primary concern. As is the case with most physiotherapy businesses you will receive treatment with the latest equipment from ultrasound to electrical stimulation together with a needling option to treat your sore muscles. But what sets Parm apart is not only her superior knowledge of anatomy and her ability to identify the EXACT muscles that are causing you issues but the personal time she spends with her patients treating and stretching those muscles until she gets to the core of the issue. There is ALWAYS a reduction in pain leaving each session and at the end of your treatment series you truly leave pain free with the problem area remedied. We highly recommend visiting this location for treatment by this excellent physiotherapist.

I had been sufering from pain in my hip for eight or nine months , off and on. Once COVID-19 permitted a little relaxation I went to my Chiropactor. When I did not get any relief after a months treatment, I was getting worried and concerned. I was referred to Param by my Chiropactor, whom I have a lot of respect for, as he has served me to my complete satisfaction for the past 12 years. I did not tell Param the diagnosis of my Chiropactor and let her analyse on her own and reach a conclusion as to what was wrong. She was bang on. On my third visit to Param I got considerable relief not only from the pain but also from my worry and for the first time in almost six or seven weeks I slept well. I had no doubt now that I was in good hands. From there-on, I experienced relief on an increasing basis on every visit. Untill, of course, I was completely cured. I have been to another Physio in the past, hence, on my first visit I could immediately tell the difference. Dr. Param is very dedicated, and will not rest untill she can give you complete relief. She's never in a hurry. Just as a good mechanic uses his tools like, wrench, pliers and screw drivers with skill and knows exactly which nuts and bolts have to be to be dealt with. Similarly Param uses her hands and fingers to skillfully manipulate her patients precise muscle or tissue. She is a True master of her profession, and uses the McKenzie Method and the Mulligan Concept with proficiency. Dry Needling as done by her gave me instant relief. The Staff at the Lakewood Physio is friendly and very helpful. Harman, the soft spoken, assistant, is equally dedicated . Shiela, pleasantly books your appointments and completes the paper work accurately. I wish the team the very best.

I had my shoulder dislocated and fractured from a bad fall. After being on complete rest for 6 weeks when I first started my Physio therapy with Paramjit I had absolutely no movement in my shoulder. Paramjit was patient and determined to get my shoulder fixed. With all of her hard work and knowledge, my shoulder is back to normal now.
