Some of the best Therapists around. Its a shame unfortunately their customer service loyalty has evaporated over time. Had enough of the little to no accountability. Long term patient out.

I have been visiting this location on and off as need be for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. It can be hard to schedule sometimes due to demand. However, every time I have needed their service I am back to full capacity within a few visits which is really all I want. Their consistent ability to diagnose my issue and get me on the correct track to recovery has never failed. I can't say I have experienced that anywhere else.

I injured my lower back and was in a lot of pain. I could hardly move. My therapist examined me. She applied some heat and we worked on range of motion. She said that we need to get movement then we can work on strengthening.

I know this location has gone downhill! This location used to be busy as it was filled with clients and therapists; and it was almost hard to even get an appointment whenever I called to schedule one. I have gone to several locations from this company for years now. In the last couple years, I have only gone to the Riverbend location. Previous to last night's visit, I was there only 5 months ago back in December and the experience was wonderful. I had the worst experience last night and it began last week with spams of reminders via emails and phone calls. The PT I was once used to see was no longer working there and I can understand why she left… My husband and I were charged for an initial visit because according to their new management that's what they do now if you have not been there for a few months, as well, if you happen to get a new PT. Usually, it is about 6 months or longer before another initial assessment is completed, and that has always been my experience with this company in the past. I was charged for one a bit too early. My husband was billed for two treatments because he had two body parts looked at. I also had two body parts looked at and I was not billed for it. I have always had the PT look at more than one body part during my visits and never have we been charged extra until last night due to terrible and new management. I have a lot more to say, but I think this is enough. I did not want to write this negative review at all, instead I wanted to resolve it by speaking to management, however, nothing good came out of talking to her. Therefore, here is my negative review and I will never go back to any Innovation Physical Therapy locations again. It was such a complete waste of our time and money going there last night.

Excellent location! I was in a motor accident, and not only did my Physiotherapist get me back to my normal life quickly, but the entire staff at this location was friendly, knowledgeable and very supportive. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with the treatment we received from Kamal and other staff. Kamal was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He always took the time we needed to understand what we were doing. Very happy to answer our questions. We recovered quickly with his guidance. Good facility and gym. The front desk staff were sometimes challenging to understand over the phone. Other than that we would recommend Innovation Riverbend.

I have seen several physical therapists over the years, but Venkata Prasad Mallireddy at the Riverbend location is by far the most attentive, knowledgable, and thorough I've come across. He's the best physical therapist I've seen, and I drive across the city multiple times a week to see him. From his treatments, I'm finally starting to notice improvements in my knee, as well as other parts of my leg that were subsequently affected. I'd recommend Mallireddy to anyone that is struggling to recover from their injuries!

My experience with Innovation Physical Therapy Riverbend location was excellent! August 2017 was my first time attending physiotherapy. Darren helped me tremendously with my recovery over the three months that I was there. He provided me with helpful exercises to do at the clinic and at home. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. In February 2018, I came back to the clinic for a different reason. The 2nd time around, I was being seen by Kamal who is also very professional. Kamal is very intelligent, kind and easy to talk to. He always explained what was being done and provided appropriate exercises to help me recover. I am no longer in pain :) I was always greeted with kindness and wonderful smiles as I walked into the clinic from the front desk staff, assistants and others. I would highly recommend Innovation Physical Therapy Riverbend to anyone needing treatment.

2 weeks ago i had a bad case of TMJ. I was unable to chew any of my soft foods. But in just 3 sessions over 10 day period Dr.Venkata Prasad Mallireddy worked his wonders. I shall enjoy a juicy steak once again a few more days of rest! 10/10 spot for me.

I had a pleasant experience with innovation physical therapy. My therapist pushpinder was very dedicated to provide the best care and knowledge to her patients. She is experienced therapist with kind heart .i had lost my courage to do daily stretching to reduce pain in my back ,pushpinder also prescribed me easy beneficial moves along with acupuncture to make me feel better.Staff is cooperative as well.

I've been attending innovation physio since 2006. I had my post-accident post-surgery therapy sessions for arthroscopic SLAP repair for my right shoulder rotator cuff. This progressed to therapies to treat & manage TMD jaw disorder, neck, shoulders, lower back and sternum pains. The therapists are very skilled, professional, competent & provide fairly good information on various treatment regimes to me. They're very open to patient feedback & help assuage any fears or concerns. Treatment team staff members are skilled, friendly and prompt. Front office staff are very pleasant and courteous. Ongoing effectiveness of therapies & exercises have been measurable in decreasing incidents of flare-up, pain, & use of medications to manage pain. I've been in attendance at their various locations - so this rating applies to each treatment center. Thanks to Tony, Darren & staff. I very much recommend the services of Innovation Physical Therapy to anyone in need of such.

This is for Innovation Physical Therapy at Meadowlark. I have been seeing Mohamed for an old knee injury that has flared up. I have had a great experience. The Reception/Assistants are very friendly and professional. Mohamed has been very good about explaining what needs to be done and why. He explains and demonstrates the exercises and why I need to do them. And he has a good sense of humor, too.

i would like to inform you that your team is not heal me to grt my appointment i called 3 times, the reception girl put me on hold for long time while she buy in other phone and she say i was trying to book your appointment but because of as we are so busy we are fully book and she hang-up my phone twice, when i called her back again she say that was by mistake happen, and after waiting long she advise me that you try other clinic around same are that help you more , as we are so busy we not able to take you in , she is so rude to reply me look like she is south Asian and when i asked her is there any other branch of your clinic she say you no need to go in out branch location you go to other Physio clinic they would help you. so as i see that your management team not able to see that you loosing important customer and your reception team not doing proper job and intentionally make you to loose your business. Our family is your loyal customer so i would like to inform you that to management team and head of Clinic. so please aware of this kind of attitude of your employee and please give them proper training or find better staff.
