11 out of 10! I have been seeing Areej Alqishawi in this friendly, conveniently located space. Would definitely recommend her services. She is very knowledgeable, targeting old chronic injuries for me very quickly. She explains issues thoroughly and is pleasant (actually really funny!) I didn't have a recent injury, so I hadn't seriously considered attending P.T., for the longest time - but, because I have been dealing with pain for years I finally made the decision to try it... and I am so happy I did! If this is your story, go see her too! You don't have to accept a life with pain.

I sooooo appreciate the time that Patrick takes during my visit. He is very hands on and explains what we are going to do and why. Very personable and easy to talk with. I am so impressed with Patrick and his team at Erin Ridge Physiotherapy. My family Doctor recommended me, and I am so glad I took her suggestion. Patrick is extremely thorough and listens to your needs. I have had chronic back pain for 10 years, and active Physio/sports Physio with him has made a world of difference. Every week I am learning new exercises to strengthen my back, how to do them safely and properly, as well as I get heat and IMS afterward. He is always showing me new tools to use, which I never would’ve grabbed during a workout before. Billing my insurance is immediate and no hassle. The facility is wonderful, I feel very comfortable and I look forward to coming. I wish I would’ve been able to come here 10 years ago, what a difference!

The whole team at Erin Ridge Physio are amazing! Their staff are so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the physiotherapists really know their stuff. I have been treated by both Patrick and Areej and I am really impressed with both of them! Most physios in the city just put a tens machine on you and call it a day.. but not here! The physiotherapists are very thorough with their assessment, manual therapy (my fav), recommending exercises, and other modalities they offer to help reduce pain. They really take their time with each patient to ensure that we feel better after every treatment. I couldn’t be happier to have found Erin Ridge Physio! I highly recommend them - both to athletes and anyone suffering from an injury.

Today was my second appointment at Erin Ridge Physio. On my first visit I was treated by Patrick for my lower back, Parick did an outstanding job. On my second visit MacKenzie gave me a combination massage and cup treatment on my back and calves. MacKenzie knows and practices her craft very well. I will definately be back to see her. I can honestly say that this clinic is "top notch" right from the front counter staff right on through to the massage and physio staff!

If it’s been problems with my knee that have gone unfixed and undiagnosed for years or an aching shoulder from recent injury can not say how much this business deserves a 5 star rating. Have tried different physio clinics in St Albert and Edmonton are for the past 3 years with no results. Within 2 sessions with Patrick I’m already seeing results. He takes the time to do a proper assessment and explains in detail what is going on with your body. As soon as you walk in the door Jessica makes you feel welcome, and is very chatty. Had a massage with Jolene and was the best massage I’ve had in years. I highly recommend Erin Ridge Physio, try it once and you will be there for life.
