I was diagnosed with frozen arm syndrome last March.. it got to the point where I couldn't use my arm at all... when I started going to Access physiotherapy I wasn't myself at all... depressed, scared, anxiety & in major pain... Moustafa has been a godsend to me... thanks to him & the staff at Access im getting more & more movement back... its been along road to recovery & still so much more to do... im so over the moon happy ???? so thank you Access for helping me through this journey of recovery.

Had to wait a while to get in but she knows about mine and many other autoimmune diseases and how they can effect physio. I started seeing her just before my shoulder surgery and she has been doing my rehab. I have NEVER had a physio therapist this good before, many injure me because on my EDS. Janet is kind, understanding and explains things without being condescending. She does very well at making sure I dont push myself too far out of a need to heal quicker and understanding my body takes time. I 100% recommend her to anyone needing physio, short stint, long stint, rehab, she is absolutely amazing!
