Kind of obsessed with this space. We rented it to take photos during my winter wedding and the lighting was so beautiful. The place was clean with beautiful decor and the owners were nice.

Wonderful space, with a refreshingly different aesthetic (Mid Century Modern as of this review). Beautiful wood floors with high ceilings and windows. We had lots of natural daylight, even at noon, despite the windows being West facing (the sun started to pour in a few hours later). There is flexibility to shoot against white walls or yellow brick in the Marion studio. Zach is a prompt communicator: he picked up the phone every time I called (newbie photog!) and followed up by text as well, as needed. The industrial look of The Carpet Factory buildings also presents many opportunities for gorgeous outdoor shots as well. Would highly recommend! Thanks, Zach and Amanda for being so accommodating.

I've been to both locations now and they both photograph really well during the. One important thing to note at this location is if you're using the stage with an audience your lens will be pointing to a window. Plan ahead for this.

Nice natural light by windows. Nice furnishings. Stairs area a bit cramped. Kitchen is cute, just beware of burn marking on stove. Studio and bathroom were quite clean. Lots of props available

Great space. Could use a few updates to really make it 5 stars. As the rug had a small rip and a few stains on the couch.
