Unprofessional. Phoned ahead of time to book an appointment for my family to take passport pictures, the gentleman informed me we did not need an appointment and could walk in anytime during business hours, where he assured me he was open until 5 pm. Went in the very next day at 4 pm and he had already left for the day. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
