Needed passport photos.... Took a grand total of about 10 minutes, and that was while the guy working there also dealt with an endless stream of people who can't do basic math, coming up to throw their money away on lottery tickets. If I ever needed passport photos again, I'd go here again.

After entering the mall the shop is located towards right. The owner is a friendly guy. You would need to wait for 15 to 20 mins to get your copies depending upon the rush. Cheapest photos in windsor but do ask to adjust the hue and saturation accordingly during printing.

The most horrible customer service.My 4 years old was scared to take picture and crying.we were trying our best to calm him down.The guy was so rude with us and with our son.he was rushing us and saying repeatedly that he has other works.He saw that we were ' trying' whatelse we could do???we had to leave his place.such a horrible experience.Then we went to staples.A very friendly person with a beautyful smile took my son's photo.it took him less than 5 minites.! He knew how to handle a 4 yeats old.If you want quality service, cheap price , fast service go to staples.its only 14$ and overall took less than 10 minutes. We didnt say you shouldnt serve others and give all your time to us.we let other 9 people to go before us and when everyone was gone then we tried to take my sons picture.The point was the guy's attitude.He was rude and unmannered.

Terrible customer service. We came here to get photos done for a resident visa and work visa. I stated this upon my arrival, shockingly however they asked us to search the size as they didn't know (strange since this is their job!). After quick search I found a size to tell them and we got all 4 that size. This first guy I dealt with was quite friendly and did a good job of taking the photo. The same day we realised however that the sizes should've been different. We returned to explain this, and dealt with a different guy who was so rude and pretended like we wernt there. We have the dimensions on our phone, and he said 'oh perminant residence size...' I expected for them to rectify their mistake. And considering they had my photo on their system already, thought if anything we would kindly offer to pay the discounted price(if you buy more than 2) but instead he said we had to pay the full price again!!!!!! How ridiculous!!! Despite our receipt and his recognition of us. All he had to do was reprint it. Save your time and money and go to shoppers/staples. Ended up paying over $20 for 6 photos (4 correct)

Went to McClarend originally as I thought they were the only 1's. They are rude and way overpriced! This place was quick and easy for my UK passport photos highly recommend them. Don't waste your money anywhere else these guys are great!

I get my photo passports here , excellent customer service. They are very experienced and know all specifications for any CIC photo requirement. They also offer digital copies which is amazing.

Went here for photos for PR card. Gave the photographer instructions and guidelines paper for photo dimensions but he did not bother to read and said he is aware of the PR photo requirement. I have received request from CIC for re-submission of photo and they mentioned that photo did not meet the guidelines which were provided. So, it’s a waste of time and money for me & my family as I will need to redo the photo and re-submit those. The overall process will delay my PR card. In total , my PR card process will be delayed for 6-8 weeks only due to photographer not meeting the PR card photo requirements. This is height of unprofessionalism !! Message to the photographer: Please BOTHER to read the photo instructions the next time. Otherwise, it causes the delay to your customers. Message to the customers: if you are going for photos here for the PR card better go to some other professional place to avoid the delay

I went to Photo Gold for passport photos. No complaints at all - super quick, easy, and cheap. I was able to get my groceries at Metro while he got the prints ready, so my total time at Central Mall including grabbing groceries was only about 20 minutes - perfect. I can see why some reviews say the guy might seem a little short-tempered - he doesn't come across as the most happy guy on earth. Some people don't have big exaggerated smiles 24/7, and that's perfectly OK. You're getting a great product at a great price and supporting local business in the process.

He is great photographer. He Clicked passport photographs for my 2 new borns awesome, very nicely done. Very cheap for the work done. In the beginning i was not sure how can i get photographs of newborn as they change their expressions frequently but he made the whole task super easy. I highly recommend him.

I have been going to Photo Gold to take my photos for the last 3 years. I've been very pleased with the photographs taken every time. Yesterday I went to photos for PR Card. .I Was so pleased that he only need to take one shot. He was quick to capture my best moment. Also my skin tone looks natural. It must be that he is using high quality lenses. The picture quality I get from the shop is way better than the ones I've taken elsewhere. The owner knows the immigration requirements .He is very professional and yet friendly ???? I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

Photo Gold is located inside Central Mall where they take care of photos and lottery. They currently still take passport photos. You require to wear a mask until the photo is taken with six feet for covid then reapply your mask before agreeing to your photo (taken with digital camera). Once the photo is taken, its about a 5-10minute wait to collect your photo. This store also sells lottery tickets from the main hall of Central mall.
