Was told my item was ready and available and when I arrived, I had found out it was sold. Total waste of time and lack of professionalism. Wouldn't recommend

No customer service. I needed a headshot and called them three times. I called first then the owner said will call me back in 30 mins. After one day of waiting, I called them back and again the owner said will call me in 15 mins. Waited for another day and called them again. The owner hung up the phone. What kind of service is this? Never been to the business like this. Worst customer service. Wont recommend anyone. Make sure you avoid this place. I would give 0 stars but had no choice. Thank you!
