Very high prices, even worse customer service. Had money thrown at my face by owner and was told to go elsewhere. Additionally he only deals with cash in the middle of a pandemic and does not wear a mask properly (covers his chin leaving mouth and nose exposed). ????????

Me and my family have been coming here since 2004 for passport pictures/family pictures. The owner is wonderful friendly and funny man, He still remembers me from when I was a kid, great place and great prices, I recommend!!

Absolutely terrible and rude people. I asked for an approximate price on grad photos and he told me I need to come in and see what they have. I'm on crutches so I dont want to go all the way there without getting an idea of what they offer, he wouldn't even tell me over the phone what they have to offer for photos, packages, or approximate prices he literally said "If you won't come in I can't help you" lol thanks, no money or service for you then! Terrible customer service

This place is a complete rip off with sky rocketing charges to get printed pictures and prints. With limited resources around the university, the charges are unreasonable. Additional charges ~$20 for digital copy despite the fact that its just one click to send over post having the printed copies(paid ~$25 for 4 printed copies). Whereas, no other studio across Windsor charges extra money for digital copies. Long waiting hours, as there is no management. University area should have facilities affordable for students, perhaps wouldn't recommend this place to get roasted with illogical nuisance.

The photographer was very nice and professional. I did not expect a passport photo to come out so well. He told me when my hair was sticking up and to smooth it and adjusted my face to a flattering position. I would highly recommend this studio for excellent photography and passport photos. Also I enjoyed looking at all the past photos he has done over the years.

Having went to the UofW, when I needed to get passport photos he was on my short list to finally visit. This store had some definite charm and the framing prices are excellent and honest. I found myself lost in the strange demo photos/frames he had up on the wall. Check it out its pretty cool

Wonderful staff, they give their full attention and care to make sure you're satisfied with your product. I went in for a passport photo and they helped me get a very nice picture (even though I could not smile due to it being a passport photo). Much nicer photos, better customer care, and better prices than I've had in the past from big companies. I highly recommend Lena Photos for their excellent service, and I will certainly be returning with any future photo needs!

Rude service and ancient photography skills. Just 2 portrait photos that I provided file charged me $12. Only $$ on their eyes. Never come again!

Highly unprofessional and rude. Prices are also exorbitant. Won’t come back here again as the man was having a bad day & that led to him being agitated and short tempered (he apologized later but shouldn’t even have to deal with that given the prices). Literally go to any other photo studio. My mom actually went here years back (that’s how I was recommended here) but my entire family won’t be returning after that incident.
