Her work is consistently beautiful and creative. As a professional photographer myself I have a great deal of respect and admiration for Heike Delmore. She has created an incredible business. Her clients are left with images they will cherish forever and memories of a photo session which made them feel beautiful and confident. Heike is an extremely talented photographer. She is very accommodating and responds quickly to her e-mails and inquiries. When searching for photographers there were a few things we were looking for.. something different but still classic and a package that included engagement shoot, edited pictures, the wedding day with edited pictures for a good price. She includes a lot of extras that other photographers don't (her bridal shoot, 1.5 hr engagement photoshoot, wedding website and many more) she also has a background in design which you can really tell adds to her 'glamour' look. No other photographer in Windsor can photograph/edit the way she does. She is such a sweetheart and makes you feel comfortable. I love that she is continuously learning and she is only going to get better.. better book her quickly! you will not regret it. I cannot wait for her to capture our wedding! <3

Hands down the most talented photographer I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! I followed Heike’s work for a while and as soon as we started planning our own wedding, there was no question on who would be capturing our big day. Our photos were stunning!! The day of our engagement photo session turned out to be a rainy one … she worked with us that morning to change the location to an indoor venue and was very accommodating travelling with us across the border. The photos turned out better than I ever could have imagined! I decided to do a Couture session this year and received my photos a few days ago and I’m just blown away!!! The photos are just incredible, all thanks to Heike’s vision and creativity. Not only does she have an eye for her craft, she is equally professional and absolutely wonderful to work with. She was great to collaborate with on wardrobe ideas and I had so much fun shooting with her and Carly (hair and make-up artist) that day. She made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera and they both took the time to ensure that hair and make up for each outfit was perfectly coordinated and in place. I had the great pleasure of working with Heike this month. I hired her to provide me with a photo package I could use for my musician brand and social media pages. I asked Heike to give me photos that were dark, mysterious, and moody, and she delivered with results that far surpassed my expectations. She is an expert with manipulating lighting, so much that the photos look amazing without editing. With the addition of touch-ups and editing, they were the best photos I have seen before. Both Heike and her assistant Kelly were beyond pleasurable to work with, and provided me with a very welcoming and comforting environment. Heike and her work could not be more opposite then below review. I first met Heike during a Couture shoot I had done by her, and lets just say I hate pictures of myself. I always felt awkward and just uncomfortable but her and her makeup/hair team made me feel like a superstar. I brought in a few different items of clothing and she helped me pick out what would make me feel comfortable and make me look like me and bring out the best of me. Well lets just say everyone of my friends and family could not believe what she captured. I then of course hired her to take photos for the most important day of my life! And yet again she did what she does and captured every moment that mattered and not in a staged way. Heike is not only professional and down to earth...she is hands down the most creative, genuine, hard working person I have ever met. I cannot thank her enough for taking me out of my shell and capturing a side of me I couldnt see myself but she could. It takes a rare special person to do that and if you want to be able to capture truth and true beauty she emulates those things herself. Second post: Heike, my mistake - I meant digital images, not cd. I am sure I did not write a "fake review" since I know 1000% I paid you over $5000K for disappointing photos with purple marks in them (again, your lens or camera had something wrong with it - what makes it worse is that you actually submitted those images to me without taking the time to fix them). It's obvious that you rush through projects you care less about. I haven't contacted you because there is not much of a point. I regret hiring you as my wedding photographer - I can't reshoot that day! I wasted a lot of money. I just want people to know that it is unfair to judge a photographer's online galary and assume that they will apply some of the same effort to every person/event they photograph - now that I have had a second look, your inconsistency becomes apparent. As for pro camera's and quality - you can say whatever you want and get as many of your "friends" to write reviews stating whatever you like - the truth is that my images have purple marks in them and you submitted them to me that way after both the engagement and the wedding shoots. You obviously don't care about clients that you don't intend on publishing etc. If you did, you would take your time, be more interactive and directive with shooting and not submit photos with damaged lens marks all over them. I stand by my review. Sorry to be the first one to review you on google and I'm sorry that it is a very bad review - I have nothing against you personally - since I can't go back and change what happened, I can at least let people know what happened from experience. Original post: Unprofessional, low-quality images with burn marks. The photos I received on cd are full of noise and have burn marks (blue/violet holes) which is a result of using a damaged camera lens. Very unprofessional. The second shooter was not even a photographer and had an entry level camera and the images are low quality in terms of noise - worse than an older 4 megapixel phone camera. Heike was not interested in taking many photos - no suggestions on what to do or how to stand or pose... she had no ideas. For 5K I expect high-quality professional photos. Not garbage I can take with my cell phone. Actually, my old cell phone doesn't create burn marks and that amount of noise on my photos - so perhaps I should have just asked people to take photos with their cells. At least they'd be better quality. My family and friends know what we paid and some have made comments (negative ones). It's actually embarrassing and very unfortunate that I choose a photographer with 0 reviews. The only comments are on her own website which of course are biased because people aren't going to be honest to her face. Even I have gone out of my way to create an email so that I could leave this review anonymously. I feel terrible that this happened to us (I have nothing against her personally, in fact she was very nice to us), but I just want others to know that her photos are extremely bad quality and not well composed. Perhaps she chooses to work on the projects where she gets published and rushes through all of the other people's photos (such as mine) who she thinks won't complain anyways. It's been a really long time - but I still think people need to know the truth and I am saying something.

I have had the please of working with Heike for my wedding! She is amazing as a person and as an artist. I have life long time less photos that capture intimate real moments and still look like they are out of a magazine. I would hire her ten times over.
