Violet Rose Photography is the best! If you are reading this trying to figure out who to use, use her! She is so patient, compassionate and she will not let you leave without being 100% satisfied with your pictures. I was very pregnant in the Christmas photo shoot she did and I was so upset at the pictures, to be completely honest it was probably all in my head as the picture quality was beautiful. I just really didn't like how I looked. I messaged her and she brought me in again and took more until i felt more comfortable with the pictures. I can not thank her enough for that. I was mortified that I was going to have to send out Christmas Cards that I was not happy with. Again, nothing to do with the quality just how the pictures made me feel. Thank you so much for giving me the pictures that I could be proud to give for Christmas! <3

I cannot emphasize enough what a perfect choice Violet Rose Photography was for our newborn photoshoot. After shopping around extensively, and comparing photos and prices all over the lower mainland, we decided to go with Violet Rose Photography. Lindsay (the photographer) has a keen an eye for detail and she was able to make our own personal ideas of what we wanted from the photoshoot come to fruition. Lindsay was delicate and gentle with our 5 day only girl, and had MORE than enough equipment to keep her warm, relaxed, and sleeping soundly throughout the entire photoshoot. Even when our little one had a pee, we laughed it off and continued on with the shoot like nothing happened! :P Lindsay was prepared, professional and extremely creative throughout the process. I was astounded by the amount of props, scarves, blankets, headbands, toys and coloured lamb skins she had available for us to choose. From the start of the discussion about pricing and dates, to the final edited photos, Lindsay far exceed our expectations from a photographer. We will be going back to her for babies 1 year photos! Thank you again Lindsay!

Highly recommend Lindsay from Violet Rose Photography. I have had a number of shoots done with her and I am always amazed at what she captures and the quality of images we receive!! Her studio is always super clean and organized, she has any prop or backdrop you could imagine, and will put together whatever you dream up! She is so lovely to work with, is extremely patient and has a lot of fun with my daughter. She even did a fun shoot with my dog when he was a pup! Amazing experience all around!

Photos were done good and she was on time. But unprofessional because she posted our family photos on her social media without our permission. When I called her 40 times her ringer was off because she was in a session she took them down right away but when I told her it was unacceptable she got defensive and said I should have said I didn't want them posted. being a professional photographer you should always get permission prior to posting photos of clients and their family due to privacy concerns. Just because professional photos are taken does not mean it's for the world to see. My family is very private and we are not about plastering our photos everywhere.
