Our agent sent a list of headshot photographers and Yinger was on the list. He was flexible and slotted us in quickly and it was easy to organize a session with him. He's located downtown and it's really easy to get to, and he loves to get outside and take photos in the city - which produces amazing results. We are happy with our headshots and will be back as my daughter grows up! He has a wonderful way with kids and got some great smiles as well as more dramatic poses. What a pleasant experience! Not only the photos, but the whole session was something I would never forget. I had not been to a photo studio for over 6 years and was extremely nervous, but after the first two minutes, I was so relaxed and comfortable that I didn't even realize how the time passed. Recently I had headshots for my 15 and 12 year old daughters with Yinger and have to say I was nothing but impressed! He was very professional and absolutely great when working with my daughters. My girls have never had headshots before so were quite nervous beforehand. Yinger immediately put them at ease with his relaxed, humorous disposition and in no time flat they were enjoying every moment of the session. When we received the final photos we were all very excited and impressed - so much so that they brought tears to my eyes. I realized that at that moment that these weren't just important for their acting aspirations but rather for me as a parent to have such beautiful pictures of my children. He captured the essence of who they were in the photos....and this is something I'll treasure forever. On a side note, before we decided to have headshots done the girls were just using their school pictures for audition purposes. They were getting the odd call but not as many auditions as we hope. Upon posting Yinger's shots the girls began receiving 2-3 auditions per week and even landed a role that same week! Has been non stop ever since! I wish I would have realized how important headshots were prior to this - just never knew! OMG, where to start. This was our first time getting headshots for our thirteen year old. Yinger was so gracious to have had us choose him for this event. He let us know how the process was going to work, including different shoot locations that worked for us. He had us choose the best time to make it happen and confirmed what we thought the cost would be. Then at the location, he made our son feel so comfortable no matter where they took pictures.
