My boyfriend and I went home to visit family and had booked a 3D ultrasound with Leeann at Unborn Images. It was a wonderful experience! The staff and office aura are so welcoming; it was such a warming atmosphere and there was tons of room for our family to join in and be a part of the experience! Leeann is awesome at what she does and makes you feel at home. I would highly, highly recommend Unborn Images for your 3D ultrasound!

I just had a gender confirmation ultrasound at Unborn Images and it was such a great experience! From the moment I called them to book an appointment, they were friendly and helpful. Unlike other ultrasound clinics, Unborn Images had no problem with my husband coming into the room. Leeann showed us everything on a big screen and let us know some interesting facts about our growing baby. She was able to get some sweet pictures of him even when he was being active. At 15 weeks, it was amazing to see him move around, hiccup, and kick! If you’re thinking about getting an ultrasound done at Unborn Images, it is honesty so worth it. The team is amazing and they will provide you with an experience you will never forget!

Came in today for the open house ultrasound and I absolutely love her!! I came to her when I was pregnant with my 2nd(Shes almost 10 months old now) to find out the gender and for the 30 week ultrasound and I had absolutely no complaints we were SO happy with our experience. Came again today with my third pregnancy(13 weeks) and had such a great experience. Such wonderful customer service and she makes you feel so comfortable!❤️

Amazing and very friendly!! I went for a late ultrasound to confirm if my baby was breech. We got some great photos and a video. Even though I was 39 weeks we were able to see great images of our little boy. I couldn't have asked for a better tech! Not only did she do a great job but she also made me feel so comfortable with finding out my baby was breech. I knew at that point I would likely have a c section and she explained things so well. I walked out feeling so confident and excited to meet my little boy! I definitely recommend unborn images! They're literally the best place and safest around! I will be returning for our second baby! We had an absolutely amazing experience with Leeann! She was so fun and bubbly! We went in originally at 18wks and she was not happy with how much our little guy was hiding and not letting her get good pictures. She then invited us back for another session at 22wks,and although we weren't able to make it back in until 24wks, she got amazing pictures. Completely unprofessional, instead of giving us high resolution images on a disk as it says in the package agreement, we got thumb nail sized images emailed to us that can't be printed any larger than wallet sized photos.

This is our second time at unborn images. The first time for our gender reveal at 16 weeks and the amazing Leanne was able to tell us. Even with it being so early. Our send time was even better and Leanne is so descriptive and really makes the experience so much better.

First of all, Leeann is amazing! My husband and I called after we had our ultrasound appointment at the hospital and they were unable to determine the gender of our baby. Leeann was able to squeeze us in the next day, which were are so very thankful for. Leeann was able to positively identify our baby’s gender and we are beyond excited to be expecting a little girl. Her service is fantastic and her facility feels very comfy and cozy and is very well kept. We will no doubt be returning for a 32 week appointment! Wednesday I was invited to go to Unborn images appointment with my Son and beautiful daughter in law to see 3D images of my first Grandson. Omg it was such an amazing experience! I was amazed at what quality and details you could see even though our little guy was giving the tech Leeann trouble seeing him. She did her best and we got to see some great clear picture of baby Alex. The Tech Leeann was very professional, friendly and knowledgable at what she was doing. Offering us all choc not just the mom to be lol I would highly recommend this experience. Its great if you just want to know the sex of your baby or want to have amazing keepsake photos. Not to mention following your baby's growth and health! Cant wait for their next appointment.

TLDR: Horrible experience and worse customer service! Does not honour price at booking; Photos are bad resolution; CD of photos stated in package is not provided; Will not take any concerns or complaints seriously but will respond with hostility UPDATED REVIEW: I was contacted via phone message and informed that I was in fact overcharged $12.60 (after tax) when I paid. Later that day I received another call informing me that I won the ‘monthly cupcake draw’, which I did not enter, or was unaware that I had entered. (Later I found out that the voucher for the cupcakes was for a business that had been permanently closed quite some time ago and they had not been giving out certificates for over a year. When I brought this to the receptionist’s attention, she offered to go out and buy some cupcakes.) While speaking to them on the phone, I mentioned about the resolution of the photos being low, and they agreed to give me a CD of the photos in case the issue was due to them being emailed. When I went to pick up my money reimbursement and the CD of the photos, I was told a story that the DVD machine hadn’t been working because the family in front of me had a small child that put a book into the DVD burner. The receptionist stated that it had been removed right before my appointment and therefore my concern was, “not a real issue”. (The family in front of my appointment did not have a small child, and that did not explain why I was told that, “sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. It has been picky.”) I was then presented with a poorly written contract to sign saying that I would agree to remove my initial review. I stated that I was not comfortable signing this as it was not honest. I was told I was being “difficult and malicious”. I tried to explain about the resolution of the photos being my main concern, and was told that the image size I received by email is the correct size that they supply. I attempted to explain that it is misleading that they post ~18” x 18” enlargements in their office with their other products when they are not supplying that quality of product. I was told that true image clarity is only for, “women that are 100 lbs or under.” (I could not seem to explain the difference between image resolution for printing and image clarity. Clarity was not the issue here and I truly believe that was just an insulting way to attempt to make this issue my fault.) At that point we were asked to leave, and they refused to provide the CD that I was supposed to get as part of the package, my refund for being overcharged (which they had offered to increase to $20 after tax), and the cupcakes I had supposedly fairly won. INITIAL REVIEW: The price was changed the day I showed up. I do not believe it is right to book in an appointment and quote one price, and then charge more the day you actually show up. When I asked about this, I got the answer that, "The prices change without notice." They should honour already booked appointments. I was also warned that the DVD video 'might' not be included, but $20 would be deducted from the cost. The video was the reason we were there, so this was upsetting to me. After a lot of asking, I was able to get them to agree to book me in again for the video when it was working. (In the end, the DVD burned okay at this appointment and this was avoided, however I would later discover that the DVD was in fact faulty.) And worst of all... The resolution of these photos is not what I expected at all. The cropped (not resized) photos are roughly 300 by 400 pixels, which is insanely low resolution for our current technology. (This size resolution is only appropriate for printing wallet-sized photos.) The photos were also supposed to be provided on a CD, which they weren't, they were emailed.

My husband and I had such an amazing experience at Unborn Images. Leeann the ultrasound tech was fabulous; friendly, down to earth and made the experience very comforting and relaxing. She took the time with us and she made the experience so much fun. We loved seeing the baby move. It's legs were crossed most of the ultrasound, but Leeann was able to get the baby to move and it opened it's legs for a bit so she was able to see the gender. We are thrilled and very excited!! Leeann offered for us to come back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound as she could tell I was a little uncertain as it's legs were closed most of the time, but Leeann was certain. She knew that coming back would ease my anxiety and allow us to see our baby again! :) I would highly recommend!!!

When I came back a couple weeks later, they checked to make sure he was in a good position to take pictures. She was so nice and funny. Can’t wait to see my baby boy in real life!! Had to revamp this because I went back to unborn images. This place is the best not just in Niagara but probably in Ontario. I went to the place in the falls 2 years ago…one left with a wrong gender and horrible pics, all you have to do is look for yourself. Unborn, one has a perfect track record so of course gender was right but went back and THE PICTURES can’t be beat!!!! They are INCREDIBLE. Now my cousin went other location goes in for appointment this morning…Gender is wrong ???? are you bloody kidding me!!!!!?? I told her to go here and my review has been deleted off the other places Facebook and Google????? 3x!!!!! Can’t believe such an amazing company like Unborn’s exist and people still consider going to any other location!! Thank you again guys!!

My husband and I got to see our little peanut here last night and we couldn’t have had a better experience!! Linda and Leeann were so patient and accommodating. I have an anterior placenta, which makes it difficult to get a good look but Leeann made sure she was going to get us some great photos of our girl. Not to mention we were able to see her on their brand new HD Live Ultrasound system! It was incredibly life like! What an experience! We were just there this past Saturday and Leeann was amazing to us. She totally puts you at ease and I definitely feel like she personalizes every experience with each person. Had such an awesome experience today! The ladies were so amazing at Unborn, very warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was super relaxing as well!! Not only did we leave with our heart beat bear, but extra samples and goodies for our hospital bag, with 20 photos of our cute baby boy Ethan <3 I think its amazing that we are welcomed back to get another ultrasound for free in 2 weeks because they want you to go home with the best photos ever. Had an unreal experience today. Staff was so friendly and kind and made us feel so welcome. I have an anterior placenta so went in knowing I may not get the greatest pictures but Leann took the time to get my boy moving and was able to capture some beautiful pictures for me and my husband. We booked a gender confirmation appointment with Unborn Images after a rough anatomy scan with LifeLabs that left us with more questions (and me with some bruises). LeeAnn was absolutely warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in, putting my entire family, including my anxious ten-year-old, at ease. She was incredibly professional, kind, and bubbly throughout our time, not to mention wonderfully patient with our very active baby. By the end of our appointment, I felt completely reassured and excited again! Despite baby girl's antics, we left with some amazing photos and an unforgettable experience getting to see her moving on the screen in realtime.

What an amazing experience!! Leeann does an amazing job with lots of patience! Making you feel very comfortable during the whole appointment. My little girl is breech and she said usually makes photos hard to get but I could see my baby girl perfectly and she's perfect !! So many clear shots of our baby girl. We drove all the way from Caledon an hour and a half drive and I would never go anywhere else unborn Images is the best of the best!! The drive was definitely worth it!!
