I felt I had to write this. Few years ago we went to an event for my daughter and we bought their package ~$65 (don't quote me on that) and when realized that it was only Photos and we wanted video so my daughter and her coach could watch the video back and learn from it. I went back to they ~10 min after and they gladly took the USB back but they said that because they are busy they will refund my AMEX card at the end of the day. I agreed and left. couple months later I realized that they have not refunded the money, left them a few voicemail with no luck I contacted the AMEX and asked for refund. Amex came back to us and said that they were given a return policy and had said that they never got the usb back. That was the end of it. I feel I was robbed because they never even bothered to call me and they knew I had given them back the usb and they told me they will refund. It is sad they they will lie for ~$65 package. If that happens to you make sure you get your money back right away as they will not refund late :-(

Danielle is a brilliant sports photographer. She is able to capture the emotion of the athlete(s) while at the same time capturing the beauty of the skating routine. She is a genuinely wonderful & kind person. She truly cares about each and every person or team she is photographing, whether they be Canadian Olympic medalists or a brand new skater showcasing their first routine.
