Awesome service. Had an infant passport photo as well as a canvas photo, they went above and beyond with the infant passport photo, and had my custom canvas finished within 5 hours of me ordering it. Lots of little gifts and signs as well! Highly recommend!

I ordered a 5 x 26 1/2 photo they printed it a quarter inch to long and the top was very crooked. Staff was good and print quality is nice but they couldn't follow instructions I needed this cut and done properly for a project if you cannot do it right then do not offer to do it or charge less I am very disappointed.

Have had amazing service in the past, ordered a boxing day curbside pickup, when no pickup date/time/instructions was provided to me via email I called Carmans Stratford where I was "greeted" by a very frustrated, rude, and rushed employee. I've been an avid supporter for many years and have never been talked to in such a manner. You shouldn't have to fight with an employee about an order after spending over $1,000. Was told by her that their manager would be in touch, Shannon (the manager) is amazing and is always very kind to me in the store. But very disappointed with their phone customer service... No excuses to treat any customer in that way or in that tone.

I have been dealing with Carman's for many years and they have always treated me with the greatest kindness and professionalism my photos have always been done quick and just as I asked..If I happen to send one twice they always check to make sure it wasn't a mistake rather then just print it and charge me for it...Being in a wheelchair they always try to beat me to the door But i have fun beating them they are the best group of people i have met.. A wondrous place with awesome people. Visited today to take passport photos for my 20 days old Twin Babies. Thank-you DYLAN for your astounding appreciable service. I have talked to another people and tried one place to get passport photos for my kids and all found difficult since they are newborn/and may be they are not interested in it, which badly disappointed us. However, when I called to CARMAN'S, 'oh yup, we can get it done anytime at your convenience'..this was the reply. Within 30 minutes they did their part perfectly and professionally. Thank-you CARMAN'S, Thank-you Dylan. Its worth to spend for a great service ????.

Tried to purchase some Christmas gifts there. The store was not enforcing Covid 19 safety precautions, and I emailed the store to inquire about the creator of an indigenous themed item to confirm it was not appropriation before I made a purchase and my email was ignored. I certainly won't be bringing them any more business.

Was in the store 2 weeks ago and everyone was very unpleasant, I felt very unwelcome, the owners made me feel unwelcome making it feel like I was being talked about , will not be returned to any locations. Poor service done by all.
