Jay is a true professional. Although I am quite camera shy, Jay managed to make me feel comfortable - providing very gentle direction and a keen eye to detail. And not only did he provide a wealth of high-quality photos, his photo-editing skills proved to be absolutely top notch - subtle, yet absolutely impactful (and am I ever glad I went with his expert suggestions!). Jay is also superhumanly fast - I received a fully edited headshot in less than 1 business day.

The photographer was very friendly also awkward. He did not deal with our concerns/complaints in a professional way AT ALL. He was very smug and rude about his response back to us. In fact he was just plain insulting. We did not feel that we got what we paid for. The location of the business was difficult to find, sketchy and uncomfortable. When I pulled into the parking lot I was glad I was with someone while going in. I would not recommend this company.
