I found the bilingual class on Sunday to be a wonderful, strong power flow offering. Lyndis is the great cheerful kind yogi with warm smiles greeting you. My second trip through Sherbrooke..... 5 months later upon returning to Quebec! I love this studio, for this visit I was living out of a large back-pack and my lower back ached from the varied sleeping arrangement and weight of my pack. Julie's Hatha yoga livened the engery and blood flow into my torso. I feel great and blessed to experiance another amazing yogi in my travels. ♡
