I will always recommend this store over other image printing places. 90% of the time if you go to Wal-Mart or other stores to print out pictures their machines will be down or they'll have no staff around to help you. This store, however, always has their machines working and always has someone around to help you figure things out.

This store shows what an absolute garbage photo would look like after spending more than market price to get it. The lady in charge here describes a purple toned photo printed on a non professional printer by her, the best she can make reproduce off of her camera.

I have paid the bill of pictures was $17 then she printed and gave it to me, but I needed in email as well but what she is saying that I need to pay another $15, which is like I am letrally westing my money for a picture cost me 33$ what hall is this, where would you pay 33$ for a picture ? And not even that she was still taking our pictures without authorize for complain us, what is this ?

The lady at the counter was very rude & was not ready to listen to my concerns . She doesn’t know professional ethics . Lacks mannerism & professionalism . The pr card photo was rejected by the government . Please do consider other reviews as well.

SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. $42 for 4ps of 2x2 and a copy on email. And the lady told me to wait for 30 mins for my pictures to be printed but it actually took 2 hrs to get it done. Not coming back.

Prices are very high. $25CAD for 4 PP size pictures. $15 for 2. But The lady photographer was good and respectful.

Poor customer service. She asked me to come back in 20 min to get the pictures ready and when I came back I found the sign "back in few minutes" and I waited there more than 15 minutes. The stamp on the back of the picture is also blurry. The quality of the photo is not great as well. Not good place for passport pictures.

I went to take my citizenship photo and this is what I came up with when they stamped the photo. It definitely was not clear and the image seems smothered right there. The lady was not helpful at all and she was very rude when I told her to restamp my citizenship photo. Definitely poor customer service. I will not recommend anyone to go there.

As we walked in employee was on her cell phone chatting away, we waited politely until she was finished her conversation. We asked if she could take some photos of our children, the employee responded " you need to make an appointment, because I need to change the background. " I said " i don't mind the backdrop you have here, it's fine." I was told that I can leave and make an appointment over the phone. RUDE, unprofessional, and clearly BAD business... No problem, I took my money and got them done elsewhere.
