They have stunning outdoor view and great studio inside, so we managed to do both outdoor and in studio photos with different outfits and different backdrops. I originally had my baby pictures done in 2018 of September. My husband and I were super happy with the way they turned out, how polite and patient the photographer was and how prompt the pictures were sent over to us. 2 years later we lost the pictures and I ended up contacting her to see if she still had them since I was so sad and she replied so quickly saying she will share them again with me. To know that she still had the photos 2 years later and responded late at night and so promptly made me realize how professional and super kind she really is. My wife and I had a spur of the moment decision to do a newborn photo shoot. I did some researching and Colorz Reflection came up high on my list. I phoned Reem and she was professional and explained the process to me. We only could do a one hour photo shoot which can be taking a risk if your newborn is in between feedings. Nonetheless, Reem suggested we feed her right before our scheduled time and that she would use all her tricks to make it work for us. We arrived at the scheduled time and immediately Reem showed us the various outfits for our daughter. There was no wasted time as Reem wanted to give us the best experience as possible. Reem was professional and you can tell she enjoys her work immensely. We made some personal requests that she was happy to oblige with. Our parents were also present and Reem had no issue with that at all. All in all, we have nothing but the highest regard for her service. We hope to use her for other milestone dates for our daughter. You won't be disappointed if you go with her. You'll have a great experience at an affordable price. We wish her nothing but success in her business.

I scheduled a big family portrait over the holidays and had to change the date a few times, Reem was more than accommodating and very understanding. When we arrived at her studio, my kids took a long time to warm up and she had lots of toys to help get them comfortable. She had great props and suggestions. she delivered the photos well within the time frame she provided as guidance and the photos turned out fantastic. I booked her for my daughter's wedding back in January. I had informed her that after the ceremony we would head to a restaurant and i wanted some pictures taken there and this was all within the time i booked her for. At the restaurant she charged me extra because the restaurant was 20 minutes away from City Hall because i had not given her the exact address but i did inform her the distance between city hall and the restaurant. As part of the package I was to be provided with 25 edited pictures, when i received them the quality was worse than the originals. I sent them back to her on February 1st, She replied back on Feb 2nd saying that the 25 pictures will be re-edited. I followed up again on Mar 16 as to an update as nothing received yet and i got an apology stating that things had slowed down due to Covid and provided me a deadline of April 10 if things were ok by then. Only reason i got a call today Jun 19 was because I was asked to take down this review and she did offer to add more edited pics at no cost. With all that said i declined and advised Reem that in future she should inform her customers accordingly. Covid shut down did not happen until Mar 18 and no follow up was ever provided to me. But why would I, service was paid in full.

Did a two hour photo shoot for my new born. It was a great experience. Reem has so many super cute and fun outfits. Got the pictures super fast, and they were great. Everyone is complimenting the photos. I got all the photos in digital format so there is no surprise costs when you want to order pictures. Overall we are very disappointed with your service, we felt there was a lack of direction on the day of the photoshoot and we are disappointed with the picture content and quality. There is a lack of variety with the newborn pictures, no close ups of hands, feet, face etc. No real space to do close up pictures of mom/dad with baby inside and the clothing wraps look strange in the pictures. Also I'm not sure why it took almost 4 weeks to send the pictures as they do not seem edited, we are unhappy with the quality of the pictures. If we had received them sooner we would have got them re-done somewhere else. Also having to email multiple times to get the photos and then receiving someone else wedding pictures.

I'll start off by saying she was nice and she had a very big selection of outfits for the babies. But everything was stuffed into garbage bags and seemed very disorganized. A few days before our appointment, she texted me to push the time a couple hours later, we finally decided on a time and then not long after that she texted again to push the time. I think she rescheduled 3 times before we decided on a time that would actually work for her. We recieved the Groupon as a gift for our newborn daughter and along with the baby pics, we paid $40 extra to include our other 2 kids. We did just one pose as a family, standing next eachother and did not receive any direction from reem. She was a lot more helpful with the baby pics and gave some direction with that so it gave me some hope that I'll get some good pics. After the shoot, she said shell need 2 weeks to edit and then she'll email me. So I thought that I'd be getting professionally edited pics. But the 2 weeks came and went and I didn't hear anything from reem. The following week, I texted reem and asked her how everything was coming along and got no response from her. 3 days later I called her, no answer, 10 minutes later I get a text from her with a link to my pics. She did not apologize or say anything about the fact that she was late but asked if she could use my baby's pics which I did not respond to. Upon looking at the pics, it was quite noticable that we didn't receive 100 edited pics as promised. We could see a few that were edited but it seemed like she rushed through them and didn't put the effort in that we were expecting. Receiving this as a gift, I only had the info on the Groupon receipt and did not realize that we were paying extra for the same amount of time and digital pics and would not get actual printouts of any of the pics. So we would have to pay an additional cost to have them printed out ourselves. I would not recommend her as I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience.

I could not have been more disappointed in my photos, I only picked Reem (the photographer) because of all the google and groupon reviews, but turns out she offers a few free edits to photos for a good review. And the edited photos only included some brightness and auto enhancements that I feel like I could have done on my own. I still had fine lines, marks and fly away hairs. She didn’t really recommend any poses and the one she did, my husband’s face isn’t showing. Also, I still don’t understand the ‘tax’ she asks for after the shoot.

A super nice lady and good photographer. She had a nice studio set up in her home with lots of props. I wish she had additional backdrops (white, in particular) but the fact that you could have an indoor AND outdoor shoot (her backyard backs onto a beautiful ravine), in one session, was a huge bonus! Her deals are great as photographers will often include only select poses and charge for each additional pose. She includes all poses (a digital copy only, print is extra), in her pricing. It’s wise to go to the session with some ideas of poses you would like. Colorz Reflection offers great quality photos for a great price!
