Alan was awful to deal with as a wedding videographer. As soon as the contract was signed things went south. The contract was unclear and caused confusion. Alan was upset about this at the wedding and we could tell in his attitude. He was late with providing the edit of the video and the video audio provided was poor. I could edit the video in less than a day on my cell phone. Insomniak Media is also in breach of their contract and has not provided the raw footage, on multiple requests, which was paid for with the contract.
