I went in to get 8 damaged pictures scanned and touched up June 13, 2019. I was charged $388.50 with taxes. when I saw the pictures that were done they were horrible. I asked for the original scans and they were not given to me. I have the original pictures but the scans of the originals that I paid for were not sent and just the horrid touched up pics.

So far, I've only needed passport photos, but I'm always thrilled. The staff are friendly and easy to work with, and they make sure I have the best photos. I'm looking forward to working with them when I need more important photos.

Overall experience of getting photos taken was fun :) The photographer is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Images are a bit pricy, I only needed digital images that are not to be printed and paid $360.75 for 7 images (one was thrown in for free :). I would recommend getting graduate portraits only and then getting a friend to use an iphone to take the rest as there wouldn't be a difference.

I have used them more than once - for a corporate event .and the pics were fantastic , not stuffy at all !! My kids loved going to get their pics taken by Milton and we even managed to get decent passport pictures! Well really, for family photos there is no reason to use a professional who claims copyright on their photos. We do not understand what value there is to the company to claim copyright on our family photo. The make up of the photos was good, but the copyright claim caused much disappointment and sadness in our family because Imagery charged exorbitant prices for prints. We also felt that they had darkened the eyes or had some photographic problem that made everyone's eyes look black. The previous year we had a family member do the photos and they were great. We would never again use a professional photographer for family photos. Imagery dubbed in one member of the family who could not be there at the same time as they others and did a good job, but we can and have done that ourselves. Perhaps others could not and so the service provides value to others. It was not a good experience for our family.

I just wanted to put my mention in here, as I have had the pleasure of having Milton do our wedding photos and family portraits. Though our wedding photos were done back in 2006, I am always blushing when I walk into Imagery as I am instantly recognized from our wedding photos because of the unique and amazing talent the staff had with our photos. Hint: there was a horse and carriage involved. The staff had made amazing work with the photos and offered amazing deals so we could have as many shots as possible included in our album. Milton and staff were quick to ensure any "grouchy" children of ours during family portraits could crack a smile for pictures. And I must say, that isn't easy task with children! I have only recently just arranged for more family portraits to be done, and even though the weather was questionable and one little one was constantly refusing to give into Milton's antics, it was handled with utmost professionalism and patience. I will continue to pass on the name of Imagery Photography to those seeking information on photographers for whatever event along with my highest respects for the "cast & crew" of Imagery. I've always been a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and Imagery has given me nothing but great service and outstanding photos. :)
