She is wonderful to work with. She advises in positions and adjustments in such a comfortable manner. She will not make you feel awkward or unimportant. Melinda makes your time really count! Her personality is also easy going and a joy to be around. Would recommend for any type of photo session.

Melinda was amazing! She did such an amazing job for our wedding. She was so fun to work with. She was early and everytime I seen her she always had her camera in her hand taking pictures capturing every moment that happen on our special day. Our wedding was in August and gosh it was so hott out that day but Melinda worked so hard still through it and didn't let the heat slow her down. She was outstanding and we were so pleased how everything turned out with her. She put her all plus some into our day and all our photos turned out outstanding. Melinda photographed my fiancé and my engagement photos. What I liked about her the most is she took the time to get to know us through a zoom call before we did our shoot. This made us more comfortable going into our shoot. Melinda is very talented and knew exactly how to pose us to get some amazing shots. Her experience shows! Melinda is AMAZING! First, she drove from basically port Huron to rives junction on a rainy day. We changed times a few times during the day and she was very responsive with me. Second, she makes you feel so comfortable when taking the pictures. She compliments you and really uplifts your spirit. I looked at our pictures and was blown away, like “wow is that me?!” lol. She has a style guide and other sorts of information, so you always know the next steps. She was so interactive with our two year old daughter along with her husband. Once we met up received the pictures; you really saw how much pride she puts into her work. From the beautiful slide show, the photo books, & overall quality of the picture. I will definitely book with her again. I 10/10 recommend her! She is a great person with a great skill!

My boyfriend and I are not accustomed to posing for pictures, and are both very shy people when it comes to being the “center of attention”. However, we wanted to document this point in our lives for our daughter to see when she got older, so we needed to work with someone who would be understanding of our inexperience. Working with Melinda was the best! She kept in touch with us at every point of the process and was very understanding of when we couldn’t get back to her right away, especially after Athena was born, which was very appreciated. We felt so comfortable within the first 5 minutes! Her kind spirit and enthusiasm made us feel like we were professionals! The way she let us choose a lot of our own poses and let me add extra family members to our portraits was incredible. She could tell how much it meant to me and made me feel like it wasn’t an inconvenience at all. Working with her was an absolute pleasure. Having portraits done was something that was really stressful and anxiety inducing for me originally, but she made the whole process so easy going and free of stress. Now, I can’t wait to have more shoots with her as our beautiful Athena grows older. ????

We had a great experience from start to finish. Everything from the first email, to the delivery of our precious pictures. Covid has make life challenging. Melinda wore a mask and was so professional & delightful with us & our newborn, making it fun & relaxed. She took time to send over literature and explain every detail before hand so that we could be comfortable and satisfied. She goes above and beyond, truly dedicates her self. She even made us a personal slide show with a song so touching that it brought our family to tears. I would recommend her over and over again, and I do. Thank you Melinda.
