we have stayed at many other choice hotels and were very satisfied, but the quality inn in Sainte Anne de Beaupre was a disappointment

Keep away! Very dissatisfied!

No complaints and the gentleman at the front desk was 10 out of 10. He recommended a restaurant Baker which was amazing. He was great for the entire stay.

A bit disappointing. Free breakfast was not hot, had to wait for the room to be ready arrived after 4 pm, smell in the room.

Lovely location, fantastic customer service, comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast, clean rooms, very reasonable price...what more could you ask for.

Clean, good location, easy to get to Quebec City, close to grocery stores, nice views of the river and the mountains. Great hotel staff, friendly.

good beds, very comfortable, clean, good breakfast, nice staffs, we extended our stay from 5 nights to 7

Had to change room because I found a bug on the bed, the same type of bugs on the heater and there was a spider web hanging off of the ceiling. Not to impressed considering the fact that the room I was changed to afterwards had dead mosquitos in one corner and had some tape on the ceiling. Also found some dust and tiny hairs in the new room.

No surprises. Always consistent in service and quality

My wife and I have stayed here for the last fourteen years! It has always been a warm and inviting getaway! We will certainly be back next year!

This Quality was excellent. Would stay there again anytime we are in the area. The staff was excellent. Very enjoyable, the room was perfect.

Suite looks little old, some areas have been renovated. But for the price you pay i think it is definitely worth it. Very pleasant experience.
