Très déçu car c'est la première fois que j'ai un reproche pour un A&W.

Went through drive through and staff took a while to take my order then could not understand, because once I got to the window they got my order wrong. It took a while for them to resolve the issue. Overall inefficient and would suggest staff to improve listening and communication skills!
