While uploading the photos he sent me the wrong file, I received the pictures from another student. Not very professional for the private side of the thing. He tried to edit photos to make us happy. At least he made the effort, but the results weren't any better. It is very disappointing because this event will never return and the memories are not even printable. My daughter is very disappointed. I do amateur photography and it is certain that I would have done better. Really disappointed ! Photos surexposées, lentille sale donc des taches sur le photos. Lors du transfert des photos, il m'a envoyé le mauvais fichier, j'ai reçu les images d'un autre étudiant. Pas très professionnel pour le côté privé de la chose. Il a tenté de modifier des photos pour nous rendre satisfait. Au moins il a fait l'effort, mais résultat n'étaient pas meilleurs. C'est très décevant car cet événement ne reviendra jamais et les souvenirs ne sont même pas imprimables. Ma fille est très déçue. Je fais de la photo amateur et c'est certain que j'aurais fait mieux. Vraiment déçu !
