He also answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. The space itself is very beautiful with lots of natural light, which is what I needed for my session. Such a creative and well executed vision for creative entrepreneurs! The building is absolutely stunning and the atmosphere is one of innovation and positivity, really focusing on excellence and community. The office spaces are beautiful and the conference room really is a huge step up from other meeting spaces I've seen. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new office space, or a new place to hold meetings, as the conference room subscriptions are very reasonably priced.

The Duke was exactly what we were looking for. The building is beautifully restored, clean and has all the needed amenities. The location, just off highway (both the 406 and QEW) and short walk to downtown, as well as the ease of parking, didn't hurt either. Andrew was very quick to respond and always accommodating to any requests we may have had.

If you read through the comments here you will see over and over again what people’s first impressions of the Duke are. It is only after you stop by yourself, to catch a glimpse of what they are talking about, that you realize words don’t even begin to describe how unique and impressive this entire building is. I've been following the Duke on Instagram for a while and loved what they were doing with the building since day one. The restoration was so beautifully done, and you can sense how proud everyone at the Duke is of their space. I had the pleasure of photographing Roses + Twine's branding session in the Duke's conference room and was in awe with how beautiful everything was. The conference room is super bright, and I love all the accents and thought put into decorating the room itself. It's great for meeting clients and having meetings, but if you are doing a small shoot it's also fantastic for that! I highly recommend it. The owner, Andrew Mark, is super friendly and will help you with anything you need. There is also ample parking on the street which makes things super convenient.
