I am impressed by the time and effort that went into this marvellous business management and customer workflow system. Sprout Studio takes some time to set up, but once it runs properly, your workflow becomes much quicker and your client experience will be consistent. Not only is the customer service personable...It is quick. I have been so pleased with this product that has enabled me to manage my clients so efficiently that I can seriously sleep better at night. Sprout Studio has been revolutionary for my photography business. Gone are the days when I used one program to manage my leads, another one to send invoices, another one to host the online gallery, etc. It also helps keep my ADHD brain organized with automated workflows and one place to keep track of everything. My clients love their personal portal as well. They can see their contracts, galleries, orders, etc. all in one spot and adds to the professionalism of my brand. The best part of all is the cost! Sprout Studio is at least two times less expensive than when I was using multiple platforms to manage my business. I can't end without saying these guys have the best support staff in the business and constantly improving Sprout Studio, pushing updates, and adding features requested by the users. Studio management softwares (SMS) are such a life saver! They can be such a beast to set up, but at the same time they force to to dig deep into every part of your workflow so that you can better serve your customers. I've used a couple of different SMS's and although I am still in the final steps of setting up our Sprout Studio I can already see that they've thought of it all!! Can wait to be completely up and running!!
Before I tried Sprout, I signed up for some trials with other related products, like 17Hats. But once I tried Sprout, there really was no going back. I don't have sufficient superlatives for Sprout. It is so easy to use, the customer service is unprecedented, and my clients love it. When I book a new client, it takes me exactly sixty seconds to set them up with an professional and modern online client portal, containing questionnaires, contracts, invoices, contact & shoot details, and (when the photos are ready) galleries. It is a fluid process, with built-in email templates and workflows. It is also a visually stunning space, customizable and intuitive. Multiple clients have mentioned how easy the process is, and how great the portal looks and feels. Best of all, whenever I have a question about the software, I can send it via chat to the Sprout team and get a response usually within the hour. They update the software frequently, and not just with minor bug fixes, but with big and immensely helpful additions. Most recently, they made gallery photo uploads lightning fast (even for someone like me with slow internet speeds). My business would genuinely be far less efficient and sluggish without Sprout, and it would look far less professional on the client end. I can't imagine having multiple apps for contract-signatures and invoicing etc. Sprout is the one-stop-shop for all my client-related needs and is gorgeous both inside and out.
Sprout is great if you want a basic studio management software and gallery delivery but I have had so many conversations with support and feature requests and things that just, kind of work, but not really work, that I am tired of work-arounds and limitations and obstinate refusal to budge by Sprout. It is 2019, and I'd say they are just coming out of beta now, and approaching a usable system. I've built my entire studio on Sprout - workflows, emails, booking proposals, all kinds of things, and for me to get up and leave is going to be so painful, but yet I am experiencing so much pain by staying, that it's worth getting up and transferring all my data and re-uploading all my galleries to a new provider. Plus the price is higher than if I combined a gallery provider with a studio management software, so I struggle, I really struggle with justifying Sprout. Acually no, it hurts to stay with Sprout. Once upon a time there were feature requests. Now it seems like a fairy tale I tell my kids. The owners and developers seem to make up their own ideas as to what is important to whoever is guiding them (I don't know who is) and then they release a feature that doesn't improve efficiency, while bugs continue to eat away at the framework of the system. I have begged so many times to please let me be a part of a beta testing group, or a group of user voices, but no one has taken me on. Instead, they closed down the user voice forum. I will say though - it is very hard to do what you do - admittedly. The goal is very very lofty and it can be done. But it's missing the mark in major ways that I just can't tolerate anymore. Let me rephrase it - I can't tolerate it at the price I am paying currently. It would be bearable at $30-$35 or so - I'd tolerate it but not at $49. And that reminds me...the lower priced tiers are a waste and an insult. They shouldn't exist. There's no benefit to scaling down. So it's all or nothing. I remember when I emailed you about the new pricing structure you suddenly announced. The response was in essence, "We designed Sprout to be an all in one studio so that's just the way it is." Way to go for building something FOR the people. If I had a friend who's lover dictated the terms and conditions of their relationship, and who never solicited input in major decisions, made major decisions for both persons and told the other one, "Live with it," I'd advise them to get out that relationship as fast as they could and find someone who valued their opinion and love. I suppose my error came about when I believed that Sprout was to be built for photographers. I mistakenly thought it meant including our opinions. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
I had been using two separate apps, one for business management and one for photo galleries. Someone mentioned this app and I decided to see what's the deal. It looked so tempting to me so I decided to try it out and I was hooked. I have to admit, though, that it's a bit overwhelming at first (I was overwhelmed using Facebook at first over ten years ago, lol!). But the live chat support has been more than patient with me and they have been wonderful guides. I finally got to send out a quote (booking proposal) and it was able to let the clients sign the contract/pay the deposit and and it would automatically calculate how much they owe at the end. It's just perfect. I love how everything is in ONE PLACE. It's just perfect. It's a lot to take on at first but you'll get the hang of it sooner than you think. It's worth it.

I have been looking for a business management system specifically for photographers, which delivers the digital files to my clients and allows them to sign their contract online and have one place to easily find everything. I also wanted one that allowed me to be organised and keep on top of who has signed and paid what and who hasn't etc. Sprout Studio does this and much much more! It is a really clean, easy and intuitive interface and the guys behind are super friendly and helpful. Bryan himself emails you to welcome you and replies to your email, which I think is a great touch. There is an inbuilt chat with support so that you can get anything fixed quickly and easily (in support hours), which is a life saver! It also allows you to record your expenses and mileage and produces detailed reports, so that you can get a pulse on your business at any time. I am so impressed with it. It is great value for money!

i have too many great things to say about sprout studio that i do not even know where to begin. the software is very easy to use, for both the photographer, and our clients. it is user-friendly, and very intuitive. from getting yourself organized with all your jobs, pulling details from clients to prep for the work day, all the way to managing your own bookkeeping, they have thought of many aspects about running a photography business. the customer service is by far the greatest that i have ever experienced with any company that i have dealt with, in the past 11 years of business. which makes all the difference at times, they are very patient and eager to help in a timely fashion. highly recommend sprout to anyone.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about sprout! Their customer service is top notch, they are constantly adding new things to improve their platform and they have saved me SO MUCH TIME! (Their one program replaced at least 5 different websites I was using!) My business is more efficient and professional because of their software. I can access all my stuff on the go too! I don't know what took me so long to find them, but I am glad I did.

If you run a photography business, don't bother with any other cms; just go right to Sprout. Nothing else out there compares. Having one cloud base system that handles literally everything from the client's initial inquiry, through the entire process right down to proofing and even album drafts and approval is where Sprout leaves all other platforms in the dust. When we first signed up with Sprout a couple of years ago, it was an already polished system, but it just keeps getting better and better as the team listens to their user's feedback and improves the system constantly. My partner and I just had a long talk about the decisions we've made in running our studio over the last few years, and we both agreed that using Sprout Studio is by far the best decision. Not only is our client's experience a super consistent and professional one, but we don't even have to be in the office most of the time anymore. Sprout Studio is amazing!
Probably one of the best investments I have made for my photography business. A small learning curve and takes some time initially setting things up, but don't worry if you hit a snag their customer service is second to none. Very friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Also lots of videos and tutorials out there as well. The more I use and learn the in's and out's of Sprout the more I love it..
I am a "Sprouter" I was trying to get things going in the program to start offering this to my clients. Justin was so helpful he spend 30 min on Zoom filling in all my knowledge gaps. They have a chat feature on the site for users, and I'm amazed how fast they answer! Thanks @sprout
We are a photography studio and were using 17 hats when we discovered Sprout Studio. This is amazing, 17 hats is a great program and is designed for the small business owner for certain, Sprout Studio is all that and more and they are designed with "creative professionals" in mind. We had many questions about transitioning over to Sprout from 17 hats and put Nick in Support through a ton of work, but seriously he is amazing. When we call he often answers by the first ring! He is a great voice to hear and seems to lift our spirits in our day. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell that he is passionate about their product. We couldn't give Sprout Studio a higher recommendation. Simply put, give it a TRY you will not regret it, and it will make your business life so much easier!
